There's a map of Avernum, yeah, but it doesn't has less than 1/4 of the IMPORTANT towns in it, let alone the unimportant. Half of the map is "UNKNOWN TERRITORY HERE", or "BARBARIAN SLITHS HERE"...

SInce there's no "neither one" option, I went for Food Poisoning. I live near enough a large hospital. There's only waiting lists of 4-5 hours if you're lucky. I'd rather survive a few days of food poisoning (non-lethal, cause of the hospital), than play homeland again.

But then again, Homeland is good for one thing... It keeps my brothers out of my room. :P

I can't find her...

I know this sounds SOOO lame, but I just can't find her tower...

I've been as far west as to find that dragon (think she's called Sulfras or something). I've been to Akronath and those other random places, but I REALLY want to find Erika. She's supposed to be powerful (though not as powerful as in Avernum 3)...

Even if the Folders are there (save0, save1 etc.) check that they all heave that standard (empty) file: temp

If that's not there, I've found it can lead to messing up your save slot...

So make sure that they all have the temp file in them...

Ofcourse, this is running a WINDOWS computer, not sure what you're running.

Is joining the "Scimitar" group any good?

Cause when I first got asked by them to join and tehn to kill those Empire :eek: :confused: :mad: people in those Gremlin Caves, I was surprised. Empire in Avernum? I thought thatr happened in Avernum 2!

Anyway, a simple question: Is joining the litle band of Empire-Exterminators any good for main game play? Or is it just a small side quest here and there?
