Then you, sir, are a fool. Gravy is a an omnipotent source of deliciousness, and you'd have to be blind and have your nose chopped off not to notice that. -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

I doubt that any of you remember old Slasher, but he's finally back. After months and months of procrastination, manual labor, and failed relationships, I've finally decided to rejoin Spiderweb. Again, I doubt that any of you remember who I am, but I'm back, and I hope that I'll be re-accepted. -deposits sanity- -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Now, now, be nice to Iffy. He's new, and he's bound to make mistakes, as we all did, so cut him some slack. And thank you for explaining to Ronny. And no one, no one, can compare to Ed. If a game has a good soundtrack that matches the storyline (i.e: Majora's Mask, Song of Healing during Dead Goron's flashback), it gets my seal of approval. And I'm sure no one wants to play a game with bad graphics. -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

I wouldn't be surprised if Hershey did to save money. You'd think that it would be expensive, but I suppose they found a cheap solution. Maybe they stole glaciers from the poles and melt them down. -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

Eh...not too far away. I live down in Maryland near all the old farms and such. Well, that was a nice trip. I do think that they freeze the water overnight for easy storage. The water on the new water attractions feels like 34 degrees. Brrr... -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

I just noticed that, and I've been playing through. I haven't noticed that much has changed so far though, but I suppose that is because it is only the demo. I was never really a big fan of Nethergate anyway, mostly Avernum for me. :D -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

I like the idea. The Manse in E3 was a great idea on behalf of Spiderweb, it was the first "official" place you could store your equipment, besides in random taverns where the innkeeper promised to watch over it. There were also ghosts. Everyone likes ghosts! -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

The one thing that bothers me nowadays is that the television programs they play for adolescents and young teenagers always involves the main character(s) having either no parents, or parents that do not care what happens to the character. Watching all those shows as a kid always made me want to have adventures like those characters, and I watching them makes me feel nostalgic. Listening to the Bosstones and walking down the backroads makes me feel at home, makes me feel happier then I've ever felt at home. I guess I'm an outdoorsy kind of person, and definitely a kid at heart. Of course there are things I want, a new computer (mine's seven years old), Nethergate 2 to be ready for Windows, school to be less difficult, but mostly I just want to explore the world with my friends. That includes all you European Spiderwebbers, maybe someday I'll meet you guys. -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

quote:Yes I have seen Harry Potter already, and sadly there are few left in my neighborhood that have not already left for vacation. (August seems to be the month for it) I play soccer, occasionally lift weights, and play badminton with my siblings. I used to go to the pool, but my family's passes were revoked since we moved and no longer live in their community, even though the pool was named in honor of my grandfather. Still, I find these activities cannot maintain my attention for more then an hour, I still yearn to wander the states and see new things, my hometown no longer interests me. I take solace in the fact that when I'm 18 I will be going backpacking with two of my dear friends in the heart of Europe, with no supervision. :) -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Unfortunately, I've exhausted all of the quality literature at my public library, and I'm forced to read old comic books I've stowed away in the back of my closet. -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

With the summer dwindling and my interests fading, I've taken up to watching old cartoons I used to watch years ago. Watching them makes remember the childhood dreams I used to have, a life of adventure, uncertainty, and excitement. I've begun to take long walks from my home, several miles from where I've started, but my parents do not understand. Them being a paranoid sort, are terrified by my being "far" from home, bringing up stories of acquaintances being mugged or worse when wandering. Living in the suburbs, and an incredibly boring and dull county, I doubt this will happen to me. But alas, they forbid my only refuge in an otherwise terrifyingly boring summer. I find that I do nothing productive anymore, but pack for an "adventure" that I may never have. What to do, what to do? And thus marks my glorious return to the ever sanity-defying forums called Spiderweb. -HT -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |

The Fens are certainly quite bothersome. The few creations sent out into the fens to help you don't help much with the constant regenerating troops of the Shaper Monarch. Also, I don't like swamps. My robe gets dirty. -------------------- And everybody say....Yatta! Posts: 1287 | Registered: Thursday, August 14 2003 07:00 |
