A2 gets a nice, shiny, 9.6 rating. The E2 story and the Avernum interface make it perfect for me. By far my favourite Spiderweb game.

Yea, it really does reach out to geneforge fans, but it doesn't seem to appeal to the Avernum fans nearly as much.

I liked the ol' click and it's in your inventory style but I guess that clicking 'a' a lot works the same.

Yea, my favourite main character graphic wasn't there. I refused to even start playing until I'd transfered the main image of him from BoA to A4. Too bad I can't change the actual character to the way it should be without heaps of effort.

I think that theres to many people that don't like the new format for it to be all "shut up if you don't like it" type thing. Personally I just played it and was less than impressed. But I'll give it a shot and who knows, there might be another vogel masterpiece hidden under it all.

Edit: Inthrall - I don't think anyone thought this was going to happen so I highly doubt it.

23 minutes...Something I would kill to have (or rather, would kill to get the $20 extra to pay for better internet). I'm still on crappy dial-up and even worse I'm out in the country so my download speed is lower than those closer to town. I get about 3-4kbs.
