Stughalf gets Iraq, where a politician had the middle-east's most fertile, historic, and densely-populated region cluster-bombed; a year later, said politician expressed indignance at torture of individual citizens of this area, and for some reason, people bought it. Fallout is '96 or so; there was a DOS version of it. I think this makes it older than most of SW's games.
