Hey, man. I can't say you've been the most pleasant member, and you don't really have the right to post this topic, but when you're an eleven year old hanging around with a bunch of fourteen to eighteen year olds, it's no question that you'll act stupid. I have noticed that there's been periods of time where you've left your spamming ways. Fun. Ooh, speaking of disintegration of topics, anyone see my temporary goodbye topic? Ha. And ha again. The wagots. [ Friday, September 12, 2003 03:45: Message edited by: Rosycat ] -------------------- Aces off. Posts: 611 | Registered: Friday, January 3 2003 08:00 |

OOC: Oh damn, sorry. I forgot how quickly things progressed here. Btw, I don't care if people control my character or my plotlines. If I'm a bit slow. IC: Rosycat, having been revived, was pacing again, now around Motrax's cabin, which had been custom-built for our friend the dragon. Said dragon was sitting complacently on a pool of lava, inspecting his toenails. The phoenix had been locked in the large wardrobe, and mournful tootlings could be heard from within. Rosy was raking her own claws through her fur, on the furniture, the walls, anything, muttering to herself. "I'll have to ask you not to use my bedposts as scratchposts, my dear feline," put in Motrax. "Oh, to the hells with you and your bedposts, you senile old reptile! What are we going to with that bloody fire-breathing pigeon? I'll have you know it nearly burnt every fuschia hair on this body off, and it hurts my head to look at it. I'll have to borrow some sunglasses." "Sodium or Wise Man should have some. And I believe," said Motrax, consulting a large, rather dusty tome opened on his, er, lap. "I believe that that particular fowl is not any kind of pigeon, but in fact a phoenix. Us dragons like to pal around with them, as they're similar to us in favored temperature, life span, and *ahem* intelligence. This one seemed a bit disoriented. Maybe just had its first hatching, I'm not sure." "When I want a lecture, I'll ask for one, Professor! We have to be more practical. What are we going to do with it, leave it in the wardrobe? I don't even know how it got here, for the Great Tom in Kitty Heaven's sake!" "Please stop speaking in italics," answered Motrax calmly. "And really, that chair is an antique! My suggestion is to let the chick out. We're lucky it has little knowledge of it's power; a fully grown phoenix would blast us to Pluto if we put it in a wardrobe. I'll have a bit of a chat with it and see if it can't channel its abilities. A phoenix could be useful on board." "Go ahead," snarled Rosycat. "But DON'T LET IT ANYWHERE NEAR ME!" Rosycat had been irritably lying in her cabin, sipping diluted Skribbane and vaguely wondering where the sounds of laser blasting and warcries and soft-shell taco chewing were coming from. However, she did not go and investigate, as she had never drawn much interest from the bloody frays the men were all so enthusiastic about. Truth was, she had small skill with the crossbow and she knew a few priest spells from her shamanic days, but those were her combat limits. This sitting, waiting for the blood haze to evaporate, was all too familiar an experience for her. She got out of bed and paced around the cabin, telling herself that her skills were superior to theirs, she could mix Skribbane and alchemy, she was stealthy, not garishly brutal. A quick assassin with poison in her bite and knives in her claws, that was Rosycat the pink nephil. They could take their swords, their lasers, their artifacts, their magic. She was not a brainless superman with no personality! She had character, style, cultured tastes! She was magnificently subtle, gfted not from a serendipitous mutating accident or a wizard-touched blessing, but from hours of hard work and effort, painful sacrifice for Mrahaare's guild, hours of sculpting a mohawk exactly right... Suddenly, something rocketed through the floor, blazing brilliant light and radiating heat and force, sending Rosy flying against one side of her cabin while emitting her best yowl yet, minorly singeing her foot. She sunk into a faint, leaving nothing but a feline scream echoing around the ship and a bewildered phoenix squalking in her room. OOC: I'm trying to play Rosycat as a bit more of a drama queen than a punky streeetwise chick this time. premonition, allow me to compliment excellent RPing! :) -------------------- Aces off. Rosycat (eh, you know me) stalked out of her cabin and sat down in the dining room for breakfast. She glared around morosely at everybody before attacking her cereal. After shoving a few bites of synthesized cocoa puffs down her throat, she stood up, flexed her claws, and glared morosely once again at the assembled party. "Which one of you," she hissed, "Which fool on this ship decorated the bathroom with toothpaste?" Her yellow gaze swept around the table. When nobody answered, she sat down, picked up a sack from under her chair, and began pulling strange orange bottles out of it and onto the table. "I think I need a Skribbane fix," she muttered. "Anyobody is NOT welcome to join me. Tomorrow, perhaps. IF somebody explains about the toothpaste." She left the dining hall, and normal chatter resumed once more. Alorael looked up at her furry, retreating back. "I didn't know she came," he remarked to his neighbour. -------------------- Aces off. Posts: 611 | Registered: Friday, January 3 2003 08:00 |

God, I'm sick of all the movie topics around here. I never watch movies as the prices here in Toronto are outrageous and I threw out my TV. Good on you, whoever started this topic! Finally, something I can relate to! Not that I'm a literary type or anything. *waves back at RoR* -------------------- Aces off. Posts: 611 | Registered: Friday, January 3 2003 08:00 |

I like Kissss. But don't you think it's more slithy sounding? Oh, how many other people load other graphics over the PC file? I always use Aceron's graphics in BoE. And in Quintessence, Jonah was this super cool dude in blue with purple hair and this short stabbing blade. My first custom graphic. *tears up* -------------------- Aces off. As some other new person didn't know this, TGM is The Great Mister. Lone Flame is currently Violent Flamey. I think everybody should pick nice, short names that don't have to be abbreviated. Like ME. From what I've seen, OM doesn't really seem to know when he's spamming. Order Mage, while going TRA LA LA BOOM DE-ay! :P :D ;) rotfl lol! HAY d00dZ i can SP33K AOL SP33K can u? rnt i FUNNI??////? qualifies as spam, so does posting topics where the subject has been either completely tired out or has little to do with Spidweb yet provokes no thoughtful comment. My two cents. Of course, I'm one to lecture... :P -------------------- Aces off. Posts: 611 | Registered: Friday, January 3 2003 08:00 |
