A diablo 2 style stash is a good idea. There are things I would like to see, but I can't say I won't play the game without them :) Sounds great Jeff!! Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

You start your base by finding an abandoned house. You shape a servile to start fortifications. You then make essence pools and a servant mine with a power spiral (to control the serviles and defenses) you can shape more creations and leave all but 8 in the control of the Mind. You can send for merchants to come to your fortress. Eventually, you can shape crystals into pylons and whatnot. Then you have to defend your fort when the enemy breaks through the front line, pushing it back to your and your allies fortresses. Just some ideas to be tossed around, I really like this type of thing. Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

quote:I really hope for some ability to make a base. Every so often, you have to defend it. It would really help to define the glory of the shapers or the perils of the rebels, or whatever you wanted it to. I doubt Jeff will read this, and if he does, he probably won't or can't include this, but if he did, it would make my day! Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

I was wondering if it would be possible to make an editor (preferably at the normal rebel docks location) that could increase your skills in individual creatures or spells, like kyshakk or aura of flames. Then you could make drakons and such without canisters Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

Ok. I havn't played all of Gf3, but I have noticed a pattern. The side you start with almost always wins. The rebel ending of Gf4 says (if i remember) that the shapers started to remove the bindings on their creatures to combat the unbounds. What I personally think will happen is this: the rebels(drakons, not human/serviles) and the shapers will be in a stalemate. Some new group(or the Trakovites) will come in and use a little power to destroy both groups. The groups are so caught up with their war that infiltrators from a third party could come in and destroy them with a fair bit of ease. And then we have the exiled shapers. Who knows what they'll do, Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

I think that you should be able to create custom creations. We have enchanting gems for anvils and such, how about gems that we can shape creations through. Enchant a battle alpha with cold or enchant a kyshakk with speed. We see unique creations throughout the game, why can't we make them. Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

I've used the editor that is in the entrance area, and I find it a wee bit laking. I want an editor that can do all that, as well as increase my skills. Learning how to create armies and cast the best spells right after you use the geneforge would improve the idea behind using a creation editor to become uber. If anyone has or will design an editor like this, please post it for those of us who enjoy cheating(sometimes). Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

Someone probably posted this already, but I'm too lazy to find it. What is the easiest way to kill him. Where(if possible) can i find another wand like he has and render his creations useless. Please help me, I'm just a poor noob. Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

I've heard a few other people mention this. How about a prequel. You are around before (or as) the first geneforge is created. You help Pioneer shaping. You invent the drayks. All sorts of possibilities.Maybe you could even start out as a full shaper and just get better! Posts: 19 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2007 07:00 |

I don't know what others have said, but I personally have many things I have wished for in my years as a player. First, I really want some sort of multi player feature. I don't care all that much about it, but it would be fun if we could duel without loosing it all, trade, and talk. Also, There should be training grounds where you can face monsters of a chosen difficulty. You should be able to get potentially limitless(or near that) exp. Also, alternative means of getting money(that don't run out) I haven't played every game, so if any of these things is or was available, please excuse my ignorance.
