The earliest event of the Spiderweb boards that you were part of is what matters, as far as veteranship goes, with having been part of the Ikonboard showing the oldest veteran. About post counts- if we were including the iB, I'd be ahead of all of you. Enough 'bout it. About member numbers- Many of us (including myself) were around before the iB (Aceron's/Arena/Lyceum, the latter for myself). Plus, many more of us were around before the UBB (sixth person to register the iB). I never imagined I'd see the day that being around in the Lyceum's ITW days made you a furry-toothed veteran. What was that, 2 years ago? I still feel like a newbie. What gets me is that I can remember when a goodly number of the people who posted in this thread first showed up. I am not a veteran... I am not a veteran... I haven't been posting in Spidweb boards since 2000... wow. Anyway, the features I use most in the Desperance Forums, which use the Invision Board script, are Last Post and View New Posts. View New Posts is a bit CPU-intensive, being that it uses the search function, but that's my privilege, damnit! I joined the Exile community -- as a greater whole -- at the time at which recent news included BoE coming out for Windows. I first played Exile in the Carribean. It frustrated me for a while before I figured out the difference between my ass and a hole in the ground. So there you are. The Lyceum started out on Dencity with an ITW forum. The forum stayed until ITW went down and Al got an ezboard, while the site switched places many times in-between. Hmm, maybe it wasn't member 27. 28? I looked everywhere for the member profile 'Chaz' with any posts by it, but none came up. I've forgotten what I called my topics at the time and at any rate the account has most likely been deleted, member number and all. I heard the those visiting the UBB had to re-register, I'm not sure what the story is there.
