Heh. Actually, I was just saying that real Aryans would spend more time blathering about things other than their insanity. You know, more like stuff about how superior they are and things of that nature. So yeah, you nailed me on that one.

Hooray for Godwin's law! I'm so happy that someone came up with this so that we can cite it and head this talk off at the pass.

And now, to bring the topic back around:

I'm a little disappointed I was allowed to get away with that remark.

Drew: Sushi, which I assume that to be, is vile. I tried the vegetarian stuff once with a friend, and, after managing to get over the terrible taste, spent the next ten minutes holding her head as she vomited.

From the premise than Sushi is raw fish, what does vegetarian sushi consist of?

Raw tofu?

From http://diet.lovetoknow.com/wiki/Vegetarian_Sushi :

quote:
Contrary to what many people think, sushi is not synonymous with raw fish. In fact, it is possible to have traditional, yet vegetarian sushi. Sushi refers to sticky rice that has been seasoned with rice wine vinegar and then cut or shaped into small, bite-sized pieces; it is commonly wrapped with seaweed. Additional ingredients, sometimes including fish, are used in sushi, either as a topping or as the center of the wrap. Vegetarian sushi uses other ingredients for the topping or wrap center, for example raw or cooked vegetables or tofu

Your tastebuds can't repel firepower of that magnitude!

Actually sushi is quite delicious, from what Nalyd recalls. The first one is godawful, but it gets exponentially better the more you have.

Cucumber and carrot are popular vegetarian and/or California roll-style sushi fillings. I happen to like them.

—Alorael, who has enjoyed extremely good fish sushi on occasion. The problem is that even mediocre raw fish is terrible, whereas its really hard to cook raw vegetables wrong. The worst that you get is limp and tasteless, and there are many worse fates in food.

There is nothing fresher, or tastier, than sashimi on the boat.

I think the lesson I've learned here is that there's virtually no subject matter that SPAM cannot be turned into.

Correction: everything eventually turns to SPAM, not vice versa.

SPAM, on the other hand, only begets more SPAM.

Or…

It may surprise people to understand that it is nigh impossible to wax eloquent about SPAM. That futility, exercised, is part of the charm of the General subforum, and the forums in general.

SPAM's appeal is poor
but it's better than you'd think.
A much maligned meat.
