Incase none of you have seen the news, Heath Ledger was found dead in his apartment. He was just 28 years old. -------------------- Enraged Slith's Blades of Avernum Website Look out, there's a three-headed monkey behind you! Posts: 1233 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2001 07:00 |

I've only seen one of his roles. (The Patriot) It seems to me he committed suicide. Certainly a young age to die. -------------------- set_name(1,"Excalibur"); Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

Old news, Salmon and I totally already had a conversation about this. And while it is a bit early to say, I'm pretty sure they already ruled out suicide. Apparently, he had been having a very hard time sleeping while filming the new Batman movie, and this is well documented. While it may seem a bit ridiculous, it seems the sleeping pill overdose was accidental. Kind of makes sense though: take some pills, pass out for five minutes, wake up, forget you took some already, take some more. Edit: I wasn't really a fan of most of his movies, but I have high hopes for his swan song. [ Tuesday, January 22, 2008 20:57: Message edited by: Emperor Tullegolar ] -------------------- You lose. The wikipedia article hinted that he was down about his recent breakup. But he was naked, so who knows. Maybe he just partied a little too much. Sure looks that way from the picture they have of him. On wiki. Cuz that's where I get all my late-breaking news. -------------------- Synergy, et al - "I don't get it." Argon - "I'm at a loss for words..." Lots of people are dying this year. Sir Edmund Hillary, Bobby Fischer, Ledger. So, now's a good time to place your bets. Who else is going to die by the end of 2008? -------------------- "I'm happy I'm the mentally disturbed person I am." -Nioca "Yes, Iffy is a demon." -Iffy "To fly, throw yourself at the ground and miss." -The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Posts: 1186 | Registered: Friday, June 18 2004 07:00 |

At least one of the following: John Cleese, Michael Caine, Mikhail Gorbachev, James Earl Jones, Jimmy Carter, Rock 'n Roll. Perhaps casting the net wide will result in a catch, perhaps not. I hope not, actually. -------------------- Plaudite, amici, comedia finita est. Posts: 344 | Registered: Friday, February 25 2005 08:00 |

The Beatles were never that good anyway. Actually, they sort of ruined British music. -------------------- Synergy, et al - "I don't get it." Argon - "I'm at a loss for words..." Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |
