I was rather hoping to find some sanity here, but as I tried to glean some from the pile near the door I found precious little that was anywhere near usable.

::sigh::

Just thought I'd post something as part of my quest to find at what point the subheading/nomenclature/title thingy changes.

Please continue. Don't mind me. :-b

Do you mean when you stop being a "new arrival"? That changes once you have about 50 posts.

Edit: You can try bringing sanity in here, but it's not advisable. Archmage Alex has some nifty illustrations of this.

As do I, in the form of my sig.

Either I'm crazy, or everybody else is nuts. And I know I'm not crazy because the little man who lives on my shoulder told me so.

We have a very cultured kind of insanity here. Beware it. It's the kind of insanity that in the dead of night, will ooze its way out of the computer and strangle you in bed.

"Disable Graemlins in this post." <- what does THAt mean? Anything like a gremlin, or an Orc?

Sounds delicious. I'll try one, with possible future usages of more if found tasty.

If you click the 'faq' link in the upper right corner of the screen, you can find out exactly when your titles will change as your post count rises. Custom titles that don't follow that scheme are granted, or inflicted, at the whim of the administrators.

This is a graemlin: :D

—Alorael, who supposes disabling graemlins would make that appear as two characters, a colon and a capital D. Now you have slightly more unhelpful knowledge. Sherlock Holmes would forget such things immediately.

Yes, I love obscure D&D references!

Tyrantfog Zombie - Priests of evil deities slain by rival deities or their servants. They spread disease and are surrounded by a sickening fog cloud.

Tyrantfog... from the Forgotten Realms, right? My DM has Monsters of Faerun, but he hasn't used it often.

I wanna cast... Magic Missile!

Heh. There could be a whole thread of favorite lines from Munchkin. Mine is, "You must face the gazebo alone."

As you can see, no sanity.
But the absense of sanity completes us, makes us whole, makes (most) of us enlightened. Do not be afraid to give up your sanity...

I like the story that one is based on from Knights of the Dinner Table. They were terrified by how it just shrugged of their attacks. It eventually succumbed to a barrage of fireballs.

Losing your sanity here is like using canisters in Geneforge. You gain great clarity and power at the cost of your mind. :P

You are perfectly capable of casting firebolt (or is it firestorm?) once per day.
