I think the green tile floor looks good there. I notice that people always complain whenever someone tries to use that floor for something besides a Vahnatai building. I don't understand why, though. It's just green tiles. There's nothing particular about green tiles that's specific to the vahnatai. My mother was considering getting green tiles for the kitchen a few years ago. Honestly, people, get over it. :P EDIT: Also, I like the grey rocks better than the brown rocks. I don't like the brown rocks. I like to believe that the slimes are a very large, somewhat mutated form of slime mold, a real Earth organism that nobody is really sure which kingdom it belongs to. Some say it's an animal because it moves and attacks things. Some say it's a fungus because it reproduces through spore-producing stalks. Some even say it's a very large protist. I've already gone over Billy Joel. As for Simon & Garfunkel, although I may be mistaken as to their style as I haven't listened to too much of their music, it seems to be mostly quiet, mellow pop. "Dear Prudence", "Blackbird", "I Will", "Julia", and "Mother Nature's Son" from the White Album may be to your liking. You may also like "Because" and "Sun King" from Abbey Road, although the lyrics are a little wierd. Note, however, that Stug's definitions of "heavy" and "rock" are rather skewed. He has a very limited area of interest in music. Martha My Dear, for instance, is not pop rock. It is straight pop. It's still a good song, as far as pop goes, with an opening piano solo and trumpet solo in the middle, but it's not rock. I listen to a much broader range of music, so I could probably give you a more narrow, more accurate lists, although I haven't heard the Beatles' whole catalog yet. I've listened to a good deal more than half, however. If you want to listen to "heavy" Beatles songs, the heaviest are Helter Skelter, Happiness Is A Warm Gun, and It's All Too Much, in that order. None of the others really count as "heavy", and even those three are questionable. Hey Bulldog is their closest to Billy Joel's work, in that it is driven by piano and guitar, and is pretty energetic. Lady Madonna is also fairly close. As for Billy Joel's less energetic songs, which are also good, Let It Be, The Long And Winding Road, and In My Life are rather similar (although In My Life uses a harpischord instead of a piano, but it's close enough). Also try A Day In The Life. For The Who, their early works are have a greater rock:pop ratio than the Beatles' early works. The Beatles' mid-career songs tend to be more similar, though. Day Tripper, Birthday, Doctor Robert, Paperback Writer, Revolution (not to be confused with Revolution 1, which is a mellow rewrite, or Revolution 9, which is more a drug experiment gone wrong than a song) and Taxman are similar to The Who's early career. The only song that seems similar to their later career is It's All Too Much, though, at least from what I've heard of The Beatles' catalog. The Beatles, like The Who, have written some funny songs. It might be just George by himself, like the version of Something that is on one of the Anthology CDs, or it might be with the rest of the band playing. My first introduction to The Beatles (besides when they played on Oldies 103.3 when I was little and I didn't pay attention) was seeing a Yellow Submarine screensaver on my uncle's computer, with characters from the movie. I asked about the different characters, and I decided to see the movie. I immediately fell in love with their music. Before that, I firmly believed I hated music in general. However, The Beatles opened me to music, and now I like many different genres and bands. Anyone interested in The Beatles should watch Yellow Submarine. I recommend watching the 1999 re-release, though, because it includes the Hey Bulldog sequence that was cut out of the original movie. The movies that the Beatles were directly involved in ("A Hard Day's Night", "Help!", & "Magical Mystery Tour") are okay too, but in my opinion, Yellow Submarine is the best. It's really hard to choose which songs are my favorites. I like almost every one of their songs that I've heard. But I guess these would be pretty close to my top five. --"A Day In The Life", from Sgt. Don't vampires only drink the blood of the living? You could feed corpses to dogs. Or, as would be more likely in the world of Avernum, bring them to a healer so they can be revived. I mean, the player's party brings its dead members to healers, right? There's no reason beyond game mechanics why they couldn't do it with someone else's corpse. Ha ha ha, I should rephrase that, but I won't.
