I dont remeber my party level but ive only played VoDT through once, and it was my first sceantio, so i couldnt have been too high. Heroic brews and blessings may be the answer. Thanks for that little bit of overkill. I wonder how mutch damage i can do to a goblin.... ;) Edit: BTW i would still like to see a decent spear. This ones very good, but id prefer a "legal" one. Edit 2: "Ssschah lands a lethal blow on Ghast for 728" overkill indeed.. I didnt find i that hard. Bolt of fires, smites and the good ole' sword and spear killed him in about 5 turns. Any idea why it drops a fur? I just hate the arrogance. Why the hell does koth get to blockade the way to fort cavalier? Because hes an arrogant dragon. Actually, ive decided to kill him this play through. He also hates humans based solely on his experience of the empire. Even when people help the (like in Avernum 3 with the alien beasts) they still consider the humans their enemies. Blah blah blah. Sounds like a request people shout at, but here i go... If anyone is making a high level scenario (i.e. 30+) can you please add a strong one handed spear, becasue he best in BOA so far is the Fine Slith Spear. Which aint all that great. After you find the demon (that appears from the corpse) you walk through the passages untill a few purple spirits appear. Near here is a room, and in that room is the oath book. Just mark which order the sentances appear. Then you read the tombs in order. EDIT 3 (w00t 3 edits!!): I really cant express myself clearly so here is a map. The corridor to the north is where you enter. Read the tombs in numerical order. This is a picture of the tombs. Hope its clearer. Heres the map....its a bit crappy.... I know that Jeff is famously the king of anti climax, but i really want to get the best ending possible. The two ive tried so far are doing the quest (ie chasing the vampire down), telling the rebels that Lord Maynard is dealing with him and telling the reporter guy that the Lady got bitten. Thats wasnt a good ending, just syas you did your job.
