Afaik there is a preferences window under the menu files and you can turn off all the sounds there. I'm on a Mac but it might be similar for PCs. -------------------- Slartucker: * facepalm facepalm facepalm * Dikiyoba: Are you unconscious yet? ... that is sadly not transportable to other scenarios. I enjoyed a short "flight" with the Lamp of Lightness and bought all four lamps - but they disappeared when I left the scenario ... Well, at least I could keep the Wizards Cap. :D This game is full of surprises. -------------------- Slartucker: * facepalm facepalm facepalm * Dikiyoba: Are you unconscious yet? :) Welcome back, Demonslayer. I don't believe you one word of "seeing about everything". I rather believe, you saw nothing because you still think about the broken marriage. Did you find out, what happened? Could you talk already with your fiancee about the situation? I once made a boorish comment about your marriage and of course it turned over in my mind. And I came to some questions: 1. Whose idea was it to marry? Who was forcing the idea? 2. Was she your first girl-friend? Have you been her first boy-friend? 3. Did she / did you have sexual experiences with somebody else? 4. Is it possible, that she feels too young to know what she wants? 5. Could it be, that she is afraid to lose her freedom / career / own way if she obliges for lifetime? All this I would ask myself (and my fiancee), if I were you. I hope you find out what happened. It's a hard time for men, nowadays. Good luck. -------------------- ^ö^ I was a cannibal for twenty-five years. For the rest I have been a vegetarian. :( I'm disappointed. I went through BS with a high level party - only to pick up the three special wands. I didn't use them, finished the quest and saved the party. But I cannot take the Wands of Polymorp, Translocation and Life Drain to another scenario! They disappear. Why? -------------------- Slartucker: * facepalm facepalm facepalm * Dikiyoba: Are you unconscious yet? Posts: 1420 | Registered: Wednesday, October 2 2002 07:00 |

The new test-arena is fun! Yesterday I spent half of the evening by test-fighting until level 50 (uh, the huge drakes ... didn't see my singleton anymore ... had a blind fight ...) I involuntary killed some innocent people with Clouds of Blades, it didn't bother somebody ... hm. :D That would be a surprise, if everybody would become angry by that and you had to fight the monsters and the audience. But it might be too complicated to implement that. And I appreciated Machrone's appearing! It would be witty, if he was in every scenario. -------------------- Slartucker: * facepalm facepalm facepalm * Dikiyoba: Are you unconscious yet? The most exciting book I read in the last years was Elementary Particles from Michael Houellebecq. His writing is breath-taking - the last pages became bedewed with my tears. If you like Rushdie you absolutely should read "The Satanic Verses". And above all Midnight's Children: a strong and spicy dose of India, Pakistan, history and fantasy. -------------------- ^ö^ vegetarians are sexy. Cool, TGM uses Photoshop. You look Russian indeed, no reason to cry. Russian and half as dangerous as your posting quote:Not with the actual beard. Arancaytar and Alec thank you, I could open it with Netscape. Appealing, but not Harry Potter. Maybe with a wig. Overwhelming is cute too. Ok, I have two keys. With the first one I come to a laboratory where I could learn Radiant Shield, if I wouldn't know it already. The second key fits for a small, square chamber north of the lab. There is a window and I can see tables and stuff outside, but the chamber is empty. It's maybe a bug - I got an error message earlier about missing graphics. Does somebody know the item number for bombs? edit: :D Never mind, it was a bug. The graphic was not loading, so I had to open an invisible box - but I got the bomb and the gate is open. Thanks for your help. [ Monday, June 28, 2004 14:24: Message edited by: spy.there ] -------------------- Slartucker: * facepalm facepalm facepalm * Dikiyoba: Are you unconscious yet?
