When it comes to games like Exile, i miss the old graphics, but in avernum it seems like the plot and game play were changed alot more. I have a program that turns a big program into smaller parts to fit on a floppy, and then put them back together as if it never changed. If you want it send me a PM i'll get around to sending you it tommorrow within an E-Mail, hope it will help you, btw i use this all the time, to transfer my Avernum game to another computer that doesn't have internet to download it on, the game works perfectly. What do you think makes a game suceed. Is its unbeleiveable graphics, its well done story, or both, in the Exile series(and Avernum) i think it was more of how good the story was than to its graphics, just cause of the fact that its story was so smart and cool, i really didn't care what the graphics looked like, I just loved the game its self. Well you could just boost up how strong the creatures are in the next game, like Avernum monsters will be the same, Avernum 2 they will raise bye like 10 to 20 lvls from what they were in Exile, and Avernum 3 every thing will be like 30+ lvls from what they were originally in Avernum 1 or just add 10 lvl's to what ever lvl the creatures were in Avernum 2.
