Were you replying to my comment? If so, I wasn't applying to be a beta tester, I was the second to reply to this thread, as mentioned above. If you weren't replying, then the entire Thursday thing pretty much covers my question...

A brutal bout with real life has delayed the beta version by a day.

I've got an open schedule tomorrow- day off. Expect it then.

This is embarassing.

I was writing a small outdoors script based off of an older one and accidentally wiped the older one off. I have a large backlog of work to get through tonight, and by large, I mean really large.

Sorry, folks.

Well...
That's crappy...
Let me know if I can help in anyway, I'm not bad with scripting myself...

Well, then you can throw yourself from a high place to a low place and cause yourself mortal injury by doing so.

Are you talking to me? If so, go screw yourself (and I do mean literally, I want to hear about you being hospitalized because you tried to bend it the wrong way), because I have never been rude to you, if not, have a nice day.

Hoo boy, you're in for it now. Did you fail to notice the list of forum moderators or are you just militantly stupid?

I don't care if he's a moderator. Someone insults me when I don't believe I have ever said 2 words to them, and they are insulting me as a person not a board member, I am insulting him as a person not a moderator.

What constitutes a major transgression for a moderator:
+ Any communication that is intended to harass, belittle, humiliate, threaten or cause embarrassment to a fellow member.

What constitutes a major transgression for a member:
+ Any communication that is intended to harass, belittle, humiliate, threaten or cause embarrassment to a fellow member.

No more needs to be said, this conversation is over.

I'm sorry for your misunderstanding. I was not intending to harass you, belittle you, humiliate you, threaten you, or cause you embarassment in any way. I was merely encouraging a course of action which I find would be to both of our benefit.

'Screw you', on the other hand, is belittling, in addition to the particular employment of language violating this:
+ Using vulgarity in any language (whether it's in the open, masked, or abbreviated)

You're also going against this:

+ Repeated posting of off-topic material on non-Miscellaneous forums.
and

+ Flooding the forums with lots of topics and posts about nothing legitimate.

And, of course, since Imby is undebatably innocent:

+ Faulty accusation of a member or moderator, including calling for the leaving or banning of a member that is innocent of infraction.

Hint: Don't try and drag the CoC into an argument against a moderator, especially if you're culpable and they aren't.

It also doesn't help that the people you are trying to CoC-slap have, at various points, helped to write the CoC, and are intelligent and valued members besides; you, on the other hand, are a moron who invaded someone else's topic to increase his post count.

Sorry for the delay on Canopy, I've been assaulted by a flurry of homework as of late (some of which being stuff I've put behind me in order to keep up my rate of work), and I've been mowed down.

This weekend will be a fun one for me, rest assured.
