On behalf of TM: Bonus Army, an new record in design time for a serious scenario (12 hours), is now available for download at the database. Once you play it, don't forget to rate it at the CSR. One small glitch that I encountered: Once I entered the basement, all of the gear from my group was lying on the floor right below my character. Posts: 353 | Registered: Monday, January 9 2006 08:00 |

This is why TM doesn't get unbanned. He makes quality scenarios either way. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Posts: 1636 | Registered: Wednesday, January 5 2005 08:00 |

I'm getting the same thing - dropped loot in the basement. Oddly, it only looked like the gear from two characters, although I'd need to go back and check. -------------------- And when you want to Live How do you start? Where do you go? TM would like to know what operating system and version of BoA anyone who is encountering a bug has. -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? Windows XP. And I thought it was intentional. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

Windoze 98 SE. And I have the latest version of BoA. 1.1.3 is it at still? Oh, and another "issue". This shouldn't need to be fixed, but it's probably not what TM had in mind, so I'll still say it. If you save and load your game, you get an unhandled exception and BoA, and my computer, dies. I checked the scripts, and all that's supposed to happen is that my characters get erased and I get chucked out of the scenario. As I said, this probably won't need fixing. :) -------------------- And when you want to Live How do you start? Where do you go? Heh. I mean, he does tell you explicitly to not save. -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. I really, really, really, really hate undead. With a passion. Posts: 4130 | Registered: Friday, March 26 2004 08:00 |

Sure, and as I said, I only posted it for completeness. I doubt TM wanted to entirely mash up BoA if you saved... Although... :-p -------------------- And when you want to Live How do you start? Windows XP SP2. I'm not sure which version I was running, but the problem still occurs after updating to 1.0.3 Posts: 353 | Registered: Monday, January 9 2006 08:00 |

Tyran appears to be channeling TM. Kudos TM :D Nice little scenario. Many people may think badly of it since it is totally linier and has no combat but I think it has a nice storyline, good approach and nice graphics All-in-all something quite to play while waiting for supper. -------------------- The force is with ME! I have tried to get down the stairs to the basement area, but it says "There is not much on this level, mostly supplies and the rear exit of the command center" and will not let me leave. I have tried to drop off the Emblem at the center of the entrance to the Command Center as requested, but although I've moved around every inch of what I think is the Entrance, nothing drops. I looked in my "Items" section and there is no Emblem there. Any suggestions? Posts: 20 | Registered: Friday, July 25 2003 07:00 |

You probably haven't picked up the emblem yet. Go back to where the soldiers are and look for a pole-like object. That's the emblem. Look at it to take it. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Thanks Dikiyoba. That was the problem. I was able to finish this rather unusual scenario. Actually, all of the scenarios from this contest were unusual and/or quite entertaining. Once again, we lurkers thank all of the usual hard workers in this forum for producing some good entertainment. We may not say much, but we appreciate all of the efforts. I have a problem with the terrain. The walls are all black. At the beginning of the scenario some message appears stating that an image failed to load. -------------------- The Knight Between Posts. Posts: 2395 | Registered: Friday, November 2 2001 08:00 |

BONUS ARMY Yep, this scenario's title is still a lot of fun to say. No, I don't have anything else to contribute here. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |
