You got a politician trying anything to clear his name so he can stay in power. This is getting to be a stretch since while you should have reasonable expectations of privacy within the stall, when you interact with the next stall you are no longer private. This is the biggest load of bull crap I've ever heard of! If he was sooo innocent, then why did he ever plead guilty to begin with. How anyone could have any expectation of privacy in a public place is beyond me, even if the stall door is closed.
