You forgot X-2, Tactics, Crystal Chronicles, and probably a few others I'm forgetting. Also, you don't have a "Yes. I've played all of them" option for the first question, which meant that I was unable to truthfully answer that question. :P [ Sunday, July 08, 2007 16:45: Message edited by: Tyranicus ] -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? The only one I have ever actually played was 9 (I <3 Vivi), using the co-op mode. I have watched my roommate play X-2 and 12, though. -------------------- "As our circle of knowledge expands, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it." --Albert Einstein -------------------- BoaEdit Posts: 536 | Registered: Sunday, September 7 2003 07:00 |

I have played all of them except XI. Also, he's forgotten Final Fantasy Legends 1-3, Final Fantast Adventure, and Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. And if you wanted to take it even further, there are a couple Chocobo's Dungeon titles out there... Technically, also Origins. But I suppose that can be argued about. -------------------- "I'm not crazy!" "Well, whatever. What I've heard about Legends was less than encouraging. I fail to see how Mystic Quest was a Final Fantasy. Never got far in Crystal Chronicles. And I'd rather hang myself than play Tactics. That's a shame. Final Fantasy Tactics (NOT Tactics Advanced) was one of the finest PS1 games I've ever played. Posts: 2242 | Registered: Saturday, April 10 2004 07:00 |

Tactics took too long to do anything. It made concept of 'Dungeon Crawls' look fast-paced by comparison. Personally, I find that the Final Fantasy series has kinda been going downhill ever since 9. I'm not gonna to go into 11(or Final Fantasy Online as it should have been called), cause y'all would track me down and slay after the first 15 minutes of reading. -------------------- Yes, I've met Scallopman. --Random Chef at a Restaurant that William Shatner has eaten at before. But some fans still wonder what the story is, and whether or not it will get better. Play 7. I hear it's really good. I own a copy and still haven't played it for more than 5 minutes. 5 & 6 are good, if you like oldschool, non-3D games. -------------------- Yes, I've met Scallopman. --Random Chef at a Restaurant that William Shatner has eaten at before. (Just so you know, i post how i talk, randomly) lol, i've played many of them:D I have the first one for nes but my nes won't workD: the only ones i haven't played are crystal chronicles, 8, 9, and 11. oh, and re reading for a minute i haven't played legends 3 o any of the chocobo stuffs. I loved tactics:D other than byblos, I had most everything b4 level 40:D(Cloud is evil to level) I've also played advance however, 1. they screwed up the moogles slightly and 2. the class system of non advance is better:D. but I do like the inclusion of Races. 7 is good, I had almost beaten it, but i couldn't beat the very last boss D: however, very soon after that my third disc became cracked and my 2nd disc had jelly on it. number 6(released as 3 for the snes).Personally, My favorite of All final fantasies, ive played it 3 times to approximately level 40. the first time i restarted because I had thought I had done something wrong, the 2nd time the game had been unplayed for over a year and I made a new file. hmm.. i would say more, but there would be too much rambling, sorries about that. -------------------- Hullo, have fun:D Posts: 2 | Registered: Sunday, July 15 2007 07:00 |

XII was a lot of fun, but the plot wasn't quite as engrossing as VI or VII. VII may have been my favorite, but a number of people around here (at least in the past) were big VIII fans - I'm pretty sure TM is. Posts: 2242 | Registered: Saturday, April 10 2004 07:00 |

There are a lot of hunts to beat. And the bestairy in the clan primer might take a while to complete. I'm at the point in which I have beaten Guruvegan (meaning I got the treaty blade (and the 2nd storyline esper)). Also, I have gotten two optional espers; I also completed 23 hunts (not to mention getting the barheim key). (I am talking about Final Fantasy XII) -------------------- I can transform into almost anything, though not sanity. FF8 is quite possibly the worst video game ever made. Okay, that's an exaggeration, but still. It was hideous. -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |
