This is similar to the "guns don't kill people... sentiment, except perhaps more direct (in that the creator is also the one using the implement). In terms of human responsibility, you could bring up the concept of free will, but if you look around at most humans (or at least Americans), you may began to wonder if we truly possess such a thing.
