Thx. I should have known to google it, guess I was lazy. It is a concept that I include in his senority not just his member number. The concept is actually how hubby does business. He hates cold calls so most of our business comes through previous contacts, referrals, and relationship building. He's in BNI and gets alot of referrals from there too. When he went for training in tidbits at their HQ they told him that no one would ever call him for an ad and that he would always have to go out to sell ads. Not a week goes by, though, that we don't get at least one call from someone interested in an ad. He's just a good buinessman that way.
