Well, this one isn't. I've been keeping an eye on the member lists and updating postcounts about weekly (that's automatic, for those who picture me copying down numbers for hours), and now that a month and a half is past, I thought it'd be time for a recount.

Since last count in March 4, we have had an increase of 151 members, which works out to 3.3 accounts per day. Of these 151 accounts, only 87 ever posted.

Apart from these 87, 273 members already registered have posted again at least once, so in the last month, we have had a total of 360 posting members.

The boards have received 7576 posts, which works out to an average of 186 posts per day (that's all boards, not just General), 21 posts per active member, and 0.47 posts per pember per day.

The top ten spam--- ahem, posters are:

1. Thuryl: +480
2. Dolphin: +390
3. Kelandon: +372
4. My humble self: +230
5. VCH: +203
6. TM: +190
7. BSC: +178
8. Holy Toenail: +172
9. Alorael: +171
10. The Creator: +164

Alo appears to be slipping... :P

I'm in the top ten? Good grief.

Edit: Just realized I didn't really help anything with this post. :P

Believe me, all my hard work is in entirely the wrong areas. I'm quite lazy enough concerning anything that *needs* work. But... it's hard work, see? No question about it. Everybody knows it's hard work. Very hard work, yes. :P

You're close. Place 21. Imban is 19th with 104 posts...

Warning: Overpostage can lead to death. Consult your doctor for further questions.

I knew I wasn't the fastest poster anymore, but I didn't realize I'd slipped that far! And Thuryl is number one? Wow!

I've known for a while that my posting has slowed considerably. There was a time when I would have been number one on that list.

I'm pretty sure I'm rather close to the bottom of the list. :P Hooray for semi-lurkism! :P

Edit: Hehe, I just realized I have very close to 1/10 of Drakefyre's posts.

You do this every month?

My guesss is that I will be at around 70 posts, so I'm a long way away from Thuryl.

This is the second time I've done it, and of course the first time I've been able to post this result (since it requires two tables to calculate the difference).

But I'll probably do it again next month...

Hoo-hah! I've been around this board for about a year this month. At 500-something posts, though, it makes me a bit of a minor player in the scheme of things. :( Still though, you'd have to admit I'm consistent. :)

Had there have been a face for embarrassment I would have used it. I didn't realize I am here that often, or I'm so spamy.

Worry not Dolphin, your posts are cool (in fact, if you want to not be embarassed, check out the second question for this poll.)

I think that Geneforge 3 may have given a good excuse to post a lot. A complete new board!

Man. I've been posting that much! Ouch. No wonder the CfGTiIF gave irony central a visit the other day. Hmmm. Guess the bribe wasn't enough. Anyway.

Aran: cool stuff.

This is for embarrassment. I don't quite know why, however.
I used to post a lot, but not nearly so much anymore. Where am I on the list?

I'm curious as to my placement as well, seeing as I've had something of a posting bump over the last month or so.

There was a long time when we were posting at about the same frenetic rate, but I don't think you ever posted significantly more than I did. You slowed your spa—ahem—posting before I did.

—Alorael, who has to revel in what claims to fame he has. He doesn't even have a valid excuse for posting less like, oh, a soon to be released scenario.

Man, Thuryl... you've made more than twice as many posts in one month then I've made since I've been here! And I had been thinking I'd been here too much.

When I was a n00b, I was probably pretty high up that list, but it seems I am no longer in the top 10. I'd like to know where though. :D

People hated me back then though, and they may still now, but I don't seem to be getting near as much flame comments.
