Hooray?

Everyone associates themselves with tentacle rape at one point or another. And that is all I will say on that subject. *pointedly avoids looking at Arctic*

This is Spiderweb! We're not just a bunch of people with off-color senses of humor. We have serious thoughts, and... and...

Probably.

—Alorael, who is much comforted to know that the tie is in fact between spam and tentacle rape. He should have seen that evil link anyway.

oi, looks like I may as well ask here. WHen brushing up on my anime I came across a little title known as "Lolita Complex" and was instantly captivated by it's quirky style ( ;) ) And I'm wondering if anyone could tell me where to get that hoddie she has on in the second page of the book. It says "Lolita Complex" on it...any takers? I'm desperate to find one:D

I like the shirt. If all goes well I may get it in a couple of months. I'll try to borrow a camera, take a picture, and post it. (doing the same with the underwear would eradicate the forum for ever and give everybody nightmares for the rest of their lives and that of all their future descendants. there might also be the side-effect of the possible destruction of the world.)

Meh, google and ebay no help. Ya see, the problem is that I'm not sure if the shirt even exists:D and if it does it'll be by some custom company with little interest in ebay or what not...sigh...what a world...anyone know a place I could send a pic in and have them make the shirt?

Well, however correct the obvious might not be the most socially acceptable thing. And I believe that the general sentiment being said is that we’re not objecting, simply saying that some things are better left at home, right? Right… And besides, I’m never going to deny the beauty of the body…who among us with the mind of an artist can say that they are not fascinated by the curves and shapes and tone and the softness of the skin? The way light can play across the surface highlighting the muscles and dips in the body. Not in any sexual way, mind you. Speaking of which who here is an artist? Or close enough to qualify. I think I’ve made it obvious enough that I’m a writer, but I also dabbled in a bit of sketching…so, ?

Hence the emphasis on waffle, no? :P
I said simply that it’s better to leave things such as his comment at home rather then bringing them under the public scrutiny. And that it’s my opinion that the human body can be neither sexual or pornographic…simply beautiful…any disagree?
And also...I wonder how many people actually understand what the hell I'm talking about most of the time:D

Mung, I agree entirely with your point about how the beauty of the human form can be appreciated from a purely aesthetic sense. Granted, when assessing feminine beauty, I can rarely keep sexual attraction out of the picture. I tend to see that as entirely natural, though, not a weakness I must overcome. I wear my shallowness almost as a badge of honor. In terms of male beauty, I am capable of recognizing it from a purely aesthetic standpoint.

It annoys me, sometimes, that several of my male friends claim not to be able to gauge the aesthetic beauty of other men. I see their protestations as an insecure defense of their heterosexuality, but perhaps they really are incapable. After all, I've been gifted for as long as I can remember with an exquisite aesthetic sense. It's no accident that I'm a lifelong Mac user.
