He enslaves elven children. He is worshipped above Jesus. Most of the Christmas movies are about Santa, not Jesus. Santa is all-knowing. If you are 'good', Santa rewards you. If you are 'bad', Santa punishes you(sort of). He encourages greed. He has helped corrupt Christmas and turn it into a greedfest which only seems to get worse.
