I loved Geneforge 1. I am currently downloading GF2. What did/do you all think of GF2?

My condolences, ADoS.

The only fireworks I see are my neighbours fireworks he 'obtains' before New Years Eve, and sets them off. Other than that, Wunta (my fair city's festival) is the only fireworks I see.

I've always though the 17mb for GF1 was a big file. I'm living in the past...

I have many cheer-up songs. Surprisingly, the main ones tend to be techno songs. I find them relaxing, but only when they are quiet.

Any candidate would say yes to extra votes, FBM. Maybe some need it more than others. You decide.

190mb is a lot of memory for a game, regardless of the genre.

Happy 4th of July to all Americans, and while we don't celebrate it in Australia, it will most likely be on the news. Other than one of the Twleve Apostles collasing, we have been a bit deprived of news in recent days.

Ok, since this has become pretty much a records topic, I'll post some food ones.

Beer:
The Czech Republic is the leading beer consumer per capita, with 160 liters (281.56 pints, 35 gallons) per person as of 1999 – nearly double that of the United States. Unsurprisingly, the Czechs only import a small amount of American beers – mostly Rolling Rock, Michelob, and Miller. In 1998, the Czech Republic as a whole consumed 1,653 million liters (436.7 million gallons) of beer.

Celery:
Joan Priednieks of Weston Zoyland, Somerset, UK, grew a celery plant that measured 2.74-m (9-ft) tall in 1998. She bought the plant at a school fete in 1997. Joan says the celery is too tough to eat.

Custard Fight:
On April 11, 2000, 3,312 custard pies were thrown in three minutes by 20 people, at the Millennium Dome, London, UK. The event was organized by internet company, Funplanet.co.uk.

Fruit:
The fruit with the lowest calorific value is the cucumber (Cucumis sativus), with 16 kilocal per 100 g (73 kilocal per lb.)

^I thought that Cucumber was a vegtable, not a fruit.

Wow, thats heavier than me. The world's largest pumpkin weighed 606.7 kg (1,337 lb 9 oz) on October 5, 2002 during the pumpkin weigh-off at Topsfield Fair, Massachusetts, USA. The pumpkin was grown by Charles Houghton (USA) of New Boston, New Hampshire, USA. That is, of course, according to the Guiness World Records site.

Yes, I noticed that. It only cost about 4 to do a fireball, whereas on E3 it cost...aww heck, I can't remember. It was more, though.

It was neccasary if JK wanted him to come back like that. He needed blood from an enemy — forcably taken (Harry), bone from a father — unknowingly taken (Tom Marvello Sr.), and flesh from a servant — willinginly given (Wormtail A.K.A Peter Pettigrew.

I don't think it is a font problem, as the font of all posts has stayed the same. What do you mean' deslecting the whole text'? If I try that, it would probably work.

The games are great. Although I have only played the Exile Trilogy as well as Geneforge 1, I still find them very addictive. I signed up because I was having trouble wtih E3, and stayed for the...forum.

Worst Witch is more of a 'look at this, point your finger and it happens' kind of a book/show, imho. Its not really as deep as HP, and maybe WW copied of Harry Potter with the whole grumpy potions teacher sort of thing.

SoT: I don't really think that HP was copied off another series, as JK claims that Harry just 'strolled into her head fully formed' in around '95. Most books I have read that involve magic are more of a 'sword and sorcery' genre, with magic alongside fighting (example: Thomas Covenant, The Belgaraid/Mallorean).

Ok. The text on the page is kind of blurry. Not the posts, but the things like where it says 'my profile' 'register' and the like. Its also blurry where it says a members karma, their member number, title, etc. I'll try again for the pic.

EDIT: Its blurry, but still readable. It just changed all of a sudden the other day.

EDIT 2: Try again. Sorry, thats the best I can do. IMAGE(http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b117/Spring350/untitled2.bmp)

Ok, I have another weird glitch, that may be easily fixable.

The other day, when I had finished updating my profile, the details on SW forums went all weird. The post date/time, the member number, the forum header, all weird. They are kind of blurry, whereas before they were fine. Can any-one help me?

EDIT: IMAGE(http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b117/Spring350/SWscreenshot.bmp)
EDIT 2: Too small.

I prefered E3's system. the drop down bar was a lot easier than the one in the actual game window.
