I wonder if becoming a dad changed Jeff? Even if it was unintended, don't you think the serviles could be the perfect analogy for the children's condition? Maybe I should play through the games in order to appreciate the whole story? I am just confused though, as all stories seem to start in the beginning of the rebellion instead of having a logic follow up, like they were different approaches? Any chance of a trilogy discount soon? :) Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

I'm playing the Geneforge 3 demo and enjoying it greatly. But so far it seems the game will force to join either the rebels or the shapers, or am I wrong? I thought the perspective in the first game was better, with the threee servile groups (even if I only played the demo). Without giving away spoilers, which one from the series has a better plot and more moral options in your opinion? Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

I got a beam through the wall and destroyed one of them, I still find it odd it's a puzzle with no solution. [ Monday, July 26, 2004 11:01: Message edited by: Leonor ] Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

How do I get to that corpse? The two mirrors I've found don't seem very helpful... Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

How I love to cast "simulacrum" spells in a row and leave the evil monsters to themselves. :D Don't mind me, just sharing something silly. Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

I'm still playing the scenarions that came with the game (ZKR at the moment). I'm actually impressed how many scenarios were made already (I hope to the Windows version) if you think of all the work involved. Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

You people seem to have more advanced spells than I do... But I rushed off north with my boat without exploring much, afraid that time would run out. Was it a bad idea? *sratches head* Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

quote:Eric, yes, I agree it would have been the most moral option to leave. I did that at first but then I was curious and a bit hopeful about the end. But what do you mean it counts as a win? And does it count if you leave at any point? Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

This scenario was frustrating and reminded me how war is gross, but it was well written and interesting to play. I couldn't join with the rebels, as Pass said, they were terrorists. The Empire was also terrorizing, starving, and torturing the people, but I was hoping once evil Lord Volpe was gone that Lord Brosterman, who seemed a good character in the game, could somehow take his place once peace was settled. Does anyone know if there is a way to get to this little island off shore southeast Morrow's isle? It's near the swamp and the nice witch. Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

Ok, I searched and I think there is a bug now. Because the opening stone is not listed on my special and I've found it? Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

How does one gets rid of these evil mines in this room? I thought of summoning beasts to trigger them from a distance, but it seems when they explode my party gets hurt, even if far outside the room! I don't know if that box is that important but it makes me curious. I'm also a bit lost, I have the opening stone and don't know where to go now? I went through childhood without knowing the Cat in the Hat. But in my time Anglo-Saxonic culture wasn't the world. I've heard that there were obcenities in the Cat in the Hat movie? Like the cat making improper hip movements towards women? Doesn't seem like the kind of educational thing I'd like my kid to watch. Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |

I've been playing Blades of Avernum demo and I'm enjoying it very much. I always liked Spiderweb games and I have been watching for developments since Exile III. I never bought a game (ducks) but I couldn't at the time. Now I can but I'm too undecided. :) What would be a good first choice? There should be more package discounts I think. :) Posts: 16 | Registered: Wednesday, July 14 2004 07:00 |
