Hey, anyone noticed that in g3 you also get a hidden message at the main menu - as in g1.
Is that also the case with g2?

What hidden message? When you take all creations of the same kind?

Yes, at g1 it is that, at g3 you have to "do" something else (also somewhat connected with creations) - what about g2?

Uhm... I don't know, maybe try to start a new game and call your character "Jeff Vogel". You'll never know...

EDIT: Also enabling summoning GITFS.

I've done that with three different types of creations in G1 and on the third time it scolded me and told me I should be using my time more wisely... :(

Each creation type has a set message, rather than the number of times you do it. And, yes, it is a waste of time, but some time is meant to be wasted.

What, exactly, do you have to do in G3 to get the secret messages? Dikiyoba hasn't found them yet.

Perhaps the same as you have to do in GF1, but the exploding runes make it very hard to do.

Nobody appreciates me. It's all "Igor! Fetch some wine!" "Igor! Clean up this experiment!" or "Igor! Bury this in the garden, we're leaving town in 10 minutes!"

I think you have to keep same-kind creation until the message appear (i.e. all ornks).

In g3 you have to burn (or let them get burned - so waste a lot ot time - i think even dikiyoba'd find it to be too much :) ) a lot of creations and then you get a nice little message, which i found accidentally and i think is only one.

GF1's messages, if you're interested. And in GF3 you indeed have to either keep blowing up the creations or just leave it running for, perhaps, an hour or so. A message will appear at the corner saying something like 'Haven't the poor creatures had it enough?'

"I'm not crazy!"
"Well, whatever. Maybe you just ate something really questionable, or perhaps someone hit you on the head with something large, blunt and heavy just now. By the way..." Gil nudged Grul pointedly.

Well, considering that I'd have to download the demo, adjust my laptop's settings so that it doesn't go into sleep mode after five minutes of inactivity (sleep mode tends to make the game crash), and then wait around a while for the message to appear, I think it is too much for me.

On the other hand, Dikiyoba was planning to try out the demo again eventually...

Edit: Fixed quote.

...

This Xian Skull nonsense ends now.

(I was hoping this would be similar to the Anaximander fluke, but no...)

They have only had enough when I will it so! I am their master and they will do as I bid no matter what it is because I created them!
