This is the topic for that, I guess. I'll try and have the map done this week. I've actually come into an unexpected bit of work (interning for a primary campaign), and I don't know how well it's gonna pan out yet. But I'm going to force myself to at least half-ass up a full world map within the next week. Meanwhile, would someone agglomerate the necessary links? It seems to me that there aren't many factions left on the surface (if any). To make things easier, it'd probably be best to have some traumatic event happen on the surface that forced survivors to go underground. A meteor impact, what not... The plan thus far is to kick it forward in time a bit, to where we can safely assume that the rakshasi have been dispatched. I will be in. If need be, I can take joint control of OoK (that's Prem's OoK, not Eph's) too, so I have a contact until I re-establish my faction. Last I remember, I was waiting for the Goblin Goblins to arrive at my walls. Diplomatic. As there were far, far too many goblins for them to just disappear entirely, they can be resolved as follows: the Gobby Gods were in fact the rakshasi, who were manipulating poor Glogroth. (I had that planned all along.) As for my old faction, there are two things I'm thinking could've happened to them: A) They just got swallowed up into a bigger Avernite faction (probably Tyran's). B) They got too shouty and were killed (which makes sense if the surface became uninhabitable - even if people on the surface were dying, my lot wouldn't let anybody down into the caves). So it depends on the opening post, I guess. Either's good though. The Guild doesn't really need someone in control of it. It can just be a neutral group of mercenaries for hire.
