Jeff has always made his games for Mac first by programming them on a Mac. If he were mostly a Windows user he'd probably make them for Windows first. —Alorael, who wouldn't feel too left out. His games always reach WIndows eventually. Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

Why windows, or why Linux. He does what he does, he's comfortable with his workflow. Besides it tickles me to see the Mac get a game first, and I have to assume he does it just to tickle me. -------------------- http://www.goozex.com/trading/asp/join.asp?idr=412684821 alexkaltsas.com Posts: 145 | Registered: Sunday, February 18 2007 08:00 |

You've spelled it twice and misspelled it differently each time. I for one am personally psyched beyond belief by Jeff's policy of releasing for Mac first. It's one of very few companies that do it. quote:Actually, yes it is. The word is vahnatai, and they're a race from the Avernum series. From your name I take it you've played mostly Geneforge and never run into them. —Alorael, who apologizes for ignoring the topic title. Okay, that's 3/3. Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

The funny thing is that it doesn't matter which is released first. The amount of time between releases will be the same since Jeff always ports his product. Would that other developers had his integrity, this wouldn't be an issue. -------------------- Synergy, et al - "I don't get it." Based on conclusions from another topic, more than a few Geneforge players are young children. That might explain the lack of grammar in such discussion boards. -------------------- Jesus is a pacifist. Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |
