You can't "finish" Blades of Exile or Blades of Avernum.

Because they don't end. New scenarios are always being made.

Because there's such a whole lot of it.

Technically, you can finish all scenarios ever made (if you can somehow find them all), but it's on a scale comparable to finishing Angband.

Also, since scenarios could still be designed in the future, "finishing" BoE or BoA is like "finishing" the Spiderweb forums. Yes, you have read everything ever posted today, but what about next week?

Finishing Angband can actually be done. It has a specific goal. Blades has no specific goal and no bounds whatsoever.

I'm short by E1 and E2.

And technically, if anyone other than Bain has "completed" BoE/BoA, it's probably me.

TM is probably the most prolific Blades player. Bain-Ihrno and Bruce Mitchell also have played just about every BoE scenario ever made.

I've finished everything except E1, E2, E3, and GF3.

You forgot Homeland. Of course, no one in their right mind would want to finish Homeland, but there you are. :P

It has been claimed that it is not possible to finish Homeland, not merely because doing so would cause severe physical and mental ailments, but also because there's a fatal bug somewhere in the middle of the game.

The poll is clearly about the JV SW games, though, since the RW SW games are not listed, so Homeland (another non-JV game) doesn't count either.

Exactly. I don't added RW games, they are too much... "old".

Nope, not if you have the latest version. In earlier versions, the Devourer would not be able to kill Braccus if you did something wrong (I do not know what that thing was, I never experienced this bug, I just read about it on the Dragonlore website), and you wouldn't be able to teleport to Necru, which meant that you couldn't finish the game. This has been fixed, and I finished Homeland several times without problems. I do think there may still be one bug, though - if you re-read a certain book in the Lauriston catacombs when you're not supposed to do it, you may not be able to finish the game (I don't think I ever tried it, but this bug is mentioned on the Spiderweb tech support webpage about Homeland). I can't think why you'd want to re-read said book, though. Only a beta-tester would want to do that. I'm pretty sure most players wouldn't even notice this bug.
Also, I really don't know why you all dislike Homeland so much. Maybe you just don't understand how to play the game, or maybe it's just that someone who enjoys JV RPGs isn't likely to enjoy Homeland.

RW's games aren't chronologically the oldest. The crudest, maybe, but not the oldest.

I haven't finished E1, E2, G3 (short of time - and interest), and haven't registered A4 (Jeff told me not to). The rest I've finished.

Calm down.

It was a few months back. The 'Ash got banned' incident. (I wasn't directly involved, the suggestion was made by Jeff to spy-there, but I think it would apply to anyone.)

Ah, I see. Thanks for the info.

And, uh, I wasn't that agitated, you know. I was just surprised that Jeff could possibly have told another customer not to buy A4 after what happened. But since you weren't directly involved, your post is much more understandable. :P

So, who actually did finish all of them?

I suspect people who have finished everything except E1-3, or everything except A1-3, would be common. While I mostly enjoyed the Avernum remakes, I could never stay interested long enough to finish them. (On the other hand, playing half of A2 did inspire me to play through E2 again...)
