In accordance with thte prophecy....
So I've got to write something, or somthing like that, and I seem to have severe writter's block at the moment. I'm looking for a good topic to rant on. Polotics, Religion, Music, and "real" news I have all done to death. So I need something "tabloidesque" if such a word exsists in English, it should Valish has a word for it but that is not the point. I need some sort of irrelivent topic.

I think your irrelevant topic should be writer's block. :D

Coming from a kraut, that's quite the insult.

"Kraut" is a bad word for German in the same way "Kike" is a bad word for Jew (or Russian "Zhid"). So while it might have been funny the first time somebody said it, three times in the last few days is a bit much for one joke.

Be careful with a word, as you would with a sword,
For it too has the power to kill.
However well placed word, unlike a well placed sword,
Can also have the power to heal.

That's only because it's publicly viewed as a bad word. The n-word can be said in Israel with no repurcussions whatsoever. Nobody cares one way or another. Not the blacks, heck there aren't any civil liberty unions that deal with that kind of stuff.

The N-word is used so much in NY that it's hardly considered an insult anymore. I've seen several Caucasians and even Hispanics calling one another by the N-word. It's like the new "yo". However, even when it is not meant as such, it is still an insult.

Edit: Writer's Block is an interesting topic

What is acceptable between friends and what is acceptable in the public setting of these boards are not the same. That's quite enough slurs.

Writter's block - when a writ of certiorari is denied by the Supreme Court. Of course, technically, it would be Petitioner's block. :D

Yes, it is. It reminds me of the bottom of an Internet Explorer window that's trying to load a picture and says "Fetching image: (address of image)"… I have yet to see the website that would make one say "I agree, that is a fetching image!" :D

"Ritter" also happens to be the German word for "knight". So, if you're bilingual and/or language-interrupted, you might call Lancelot's alphabet block "Ritter's block".

Why are you using Internet Explorer, when there is a much better alternative? :P

Unfornuatly I am already writting on writer's block. I have determined that it was set upon me be some evil international conspiracy but I'm not sure which. Probaly the American Communist Party they hate us Vals :( . No offence ment if any one is in the communist party. But as a member of the Commisioning Party of Vacclan, I tend to be around people who blame the previous communist administration for everything. I'd like to that that change but now I'm rambling :D . All this in accordance with the prophcy.

So you use IE? Am I the only one who finds the idea of Internet Explorer on Macs odd?

Do you also find the idea of Microsoft Word (and the rest of Office) or Windows Media Player on Macs odd? These programs all exist in Mac versions, too.
