Disclaimer: Now may be a good time to run. Last night there was a spontaneous Spiderweb chat, which was rather unfortunately productive. During this chat, it was decided that we should do something about the Spiderweb marriage rate of 0%, so a matchmaking project began. For some reason, I volunteered to be secretary. Disclaimer #2: I am personally responsible for only those matches that amuse you. If you take exception to any, blame Marlenny, Dareva, Tyranicus, Thuryl, *i, and the others who did the matching. :P TM + Jewels Kelandon + Synergy Aran + Drakey Dareva + Marlenny ("because Kelandon deserves to finally find a lesbian on the board") Slarty + Salmon Alorael + Dikiyoba Tyranicus + Ben Alec + Sarachim Thuryl + Thralni Ash + Kingy SupaNik + Nicothodes Student of Trinity + Archmage Alex *i + Saunders Lady Davida + Khoth Lenar Labs + Ephesos and the match to end all earthly matches Imban + RW [ Tuesday, February 28, 2006 07:43: Message edited by: Slartucker ] -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

When did you match Thralni with Thuryl? I thought Thralni and Lenar were together. -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? I demand explanations or desperate steps backward taken with upraised hands. [Edit: Thralni and Slarty seem to have the beginnings of a beautifully accidental relationship going, too.] —Alorael, who is quite sure that Spiderweb's marriage rate is over 0%. The married folks just didn't deign to respond. [ Tuesday, February 28, 2006 08:20: Message edited by: Born Yesterday ] Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

This being a big joke, I don't think anyone paid attention to pre-existing "couples." As for sexual orientation, well, the fact that 90% of you are straight men made that kind of hard to honor. Various fetishes, on the other hand, came up quite often during the chat. Perhaps each sect of Aloraelism should have it's own partner. That just leaves the problem of how to handle the Unitarian Aloversalists. -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

quote:Check the census thread... it's no longer 0%. Someone on SW is married. (However, he also says he's a lesbian, so who knows...) And I feel the need to repeat what I said in the chat: this is deeply, deeply disturbing. Wait... I could've sworn that Lenar had been claimed by Marlenny and dareva. And I also could've sworn that I had escaped the madness. And I'm glad to see that you kept TM and Jewels together... that fetish of theirs needs to be isolated. -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. I put you with Lenar at the end, when we were tired of trying to come up with good fits for either of you. There was a bit of a scuffle over who would get to claim Dareva -- I think you may have missed that part -- and after various threats involving all-spidweb orgies, we left it at her and Marlenny. -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

Do you distinctly remember checking timestamps? On this newfangled internet, stuff gets added to, and other stuff gets outdated. Obviously, the demographics only counted people who answered the survey, and they only counted people who answered the survey BEFORE they were tabulated! I think the point is that it violates everything that is good and holy.
