Homeland isn't mediocre. It's horrific.

—Alorael, who ordered his legions of Lost Souls to take Homeland and shipwreck it on an island somewhere on a distant planet. An island with no trees for lumber. Then a planet killer can come and vaporize the top five feet of the planet just to be safe.

I would like to be a powerful wizard and live in the A2 Blosk, because it has a lot of action.
Living in Geneferge would be creepy, at least the little places that the game shows are just desolated places, anyway have you noticed that the GEneforge universe is quite incomplete respect to the avernum universe?
Gebeforge never shows the main places, just the banned regions.

Even Richard White would not stoop so low as to be associated with the steaming pile of you know what that is Homeland: The Stone of Night.

I would be Exile Vahkohs, except I would kill off Zkal and take his tower and Ring of Endless Magery.

I would advise against choosing any specific Avernite cities until you play A4. Unless you plan on dying before A4's plot kicks in. That said, there would be many things in A4's plot which could kill you, but I'd rather not die from the (spoiler removed).

Because it gets a lot of action, he says. Well, okay. He gets action.

—Alorael, who would rather live somewhere peaceful and quiet and hope that nobody drops a building on it. Kneece sets a bad precedent.

True. However, I was eventually promoted (or was it demoted :P ) to the White Shock Troops, where I still am.

However bad Homeland was (and it was really bad), I'm curious why there is no forum for discussion of Homeland. If the Richard White games get their own forum, why not Homeland?

EDIT: Forgot the slash in my italics tag.

Nobody wants to talk about Homeland except occasionally to say how bad it is. That doesn't reflect well on SW, even if SW only helped distribute and sell Homeland rather than having any part in making it. :P

Where Richard White is concerned, Mediocre means Horrific. :P

Geesh, I'd just stick with avernum 3, stay simple...

I'd try to be overlord and enslave all the avernumees and surface-dwellers alike. :)

Mais si le ronchon ronge, le ronfleur ronchonne,

Et l'orange ronfle,
Ça c'est une autre histoire.

They will be made to pay for betraying the Revolution...

I tried to play Homeland (spare me!!) and gave up after 2 minutes. The perputual scrolling thing annoyed me, and the fact that I couldn't ditch the mutt annoyed me more.

I only hope A4 doesn't include a loveable dog that follows your party. The cows were enough.

I'd want to live in GF3. i could go for a swim in the ocean waters or go to the island of spears and catch me a drakkon to collect hides from.

and i would not leave my home without my editor :D

i think it'd be fun to shape creations. you see a pet you want..and you can just expiriment till you create it.

id also want to like in avernum cause i would be ably to explore many places and all that stuff. find new weapons and slay drayks.

A4 includes one entirely optional wolf who follows you briefly.

—Alorael, who liked those cows in A1 even though they caused inexplicable and somewhat painful slowing of everything.
