Does anyone else save every little piece of sellable crap they find, and then when their money is maxed out, dump all the leftover sellables at the entrance to a town (and in the case of Geneforge, all the forging gems)? Posts: 11 | Registered: Saturday, March 24 2007 07:00 |

A bit off topic still, but Spent Salmon, you do know who Ron Paul is, right? Calling Ron Paul a member of the same breed as the other politicians on the hill is crazy. He is the only elected politician we currently have that is serious about increasing the freedom of ALL American citizens and upholding the constitution of the United States. Well you're right, it clearly couldn't be turn based. The interface would have to be much different. However, I can picture stalking through the woods of Terrestia with two glahks (on autopilot of course), when suddenly a guardian runs up and kills you. I played and moderately enjoyed the Homeland demo. I'm not a fan of the battle interface, although the linearity of it is kind of nice. Posts: 11 | Registered: Saturday, March 24 2007 07:00 |

I really wished there was a sort of anti-Trakovite option. As a libertarian, I immediately searched out the option that would allow shaping for everyone, and since the rebels were crazy, and the Shapers were statist, I went with the Trakovites simply because they were a third party. Down with the government! EDIT: As a side note, I'd like to point out that libertarianism is a completely valid political ideology, and most libertarians are moderate fiscal conservatives and social liberals. Just how much would it rock if the Spiderweb team made an MMORPG? We all seem to be pretty educated people, and with social enthusiasm and the team's creativity, I think something great could be accomplished. After Spiderweb has finished the new Nethergate game, which of the following would you most like to see? Geneforge Online Avernum Online Nethergate Online Geneforge 5 Avernum 5 A new single player game [ Saturday, March 24, 2007 12:33: Message edited by: isjoeythere ] Poll Information This poll contains 1 question(s). 35 user(s) have voted. I'd love to see Jeff do an online MMORPG version of this game (or any of the others, for that matter) Posts: 11 | Registered: Saturday, March 24 2007 07:00 |

It sure was refreshing having new creatures in Geneforge 4, but I missed the role that Alwan and Greta played. The other dude showed up too late in the game and just didn't really cut it. Do y'all reckon that we'll see more creations in G5? What about the ability to shape your own living tools? Serviles? Why not? I wonder what would happen if the Shapers found another nation of Shaping peoples, with their own separate strain of creations (forget the fyora). It would definately be interesting. Although it sounds like the next focus for the Spiderweb team is Nethergate. Posts: 11 | Registered: Saturday, March 24 2007 07:00 |
