He already said he got 3 canisters. Read. And you need 1 magic shaping to make an artila, I think you need 3 to make a searing artila. -------------------- The ways to win: attack, attack, and attack some more. Posts: 7 | Registered: Wednesday, November 1 2006 08:00 |

1) Intelligence. It is much better then mage/prist spell skills as long as you have enough to cast the spell in question you want. 2) Stun resistance. Not fun to have to miss like every other turn. And armor is useless when you can riposte three of every four attacks later in the game. 3) For melee fighters, strength. Dexterity for archers. I dont find whats so hard about this decision. 4) As the other guy said, get 25 nature lore and 15 arcane lore. As for what to get first, it doesnt really matter. -------------------- The ways to win: attack, attack, and attack some more. Posts: 7 | Registered: Wednesday, November 1 2006 08:00 |

The anama are evil, and deserve to have their temple looted. Annihilator mages FTW! Almost all my parties are really high on mages, I like joining them, betraying them, then blasting them all to kingdom come with the exact thing they hate the most ;) -------------------- The ways to win: attack, attack, and attack some more. I'm starting Avernum 2 soon, and I could use some party creation tips in The Avernum Trilogy

I used to use the preset party all the time, then based on my results with that made my own party. A slith priest/fighter, a nephil priest/fighter, then two human mages. Focused almost entirely on the mages, annihilated most things with them before anyone else could do anything. -------------------- The ways to win: attack, attack, and attack some more. Peace is no fun. Better to just kill everything that isnt already dead, as was already stated. :) -------------------- The ways to win: attack, attack, and attack some more. Posts: 7 | Registered: Wednesday, November 1 2006 08:00 |
Should Geneforge have been a pure sci-fi game? in Geneforge Series

I would have prefered it to be purely sci-fi, magic could be replaced with psionic abilities, swords with guns, pods and the like with technologically advanced field healing methods. Would have worked fine. -------------------- The ways to win: attack, attack, and attack some more. Posts: 7 | Registered: Wednesday, November 1 2006 08:00 |
