And then there are people like me, the ones who only post when they have something to say -- and then it takes a lot, like a topic like this for me to do it. -------------------- -- KMannKoopa "You're so much like me, I'm sorry" Posts: 33 | Registered: Tuesday, December 18 2001 08:00 |

Because Spiderweb Software has been a fan of this show, and to not leave people playing Geneforge 3 for the first time over the summer in the dark, I present this message: As all of you know (not really and that is the problem), tonight was the season finale of Arrested Development. Unfortunately, it could also be the series finale if we let it. The creators of the show have a website, www.getarrested.com to sign a petition to keep Arrested Development on the air. Sign this petition and get all your friends to as well, as this show is just too good to be cancelled. Let's hear some love for this show! -------------------- -- KMannKoopa "You're so much like me, I'm sorry" Posts: 33 | Registered: Tuesday, December 18 2001 08:00 |

Okay, so I have finished the game and destroyed the geneforge as a loyalist. There are two main things I am missing: 1) Where is the left access bracelet? I can't find it or the topic that was posted about it a few days back. 2) Where is the key for the levers in the Geneforge area? I have Litalia's(sp?) key, but it does not pull those levers. Thanks -------------------- -- KMannKoopa "You're so much like me, I'm sorry" Posts: 33 | Registered: Tuesday, December 18 2001 08:00 |

Semi-Spoiler --- About 1/3 way through game Yes, talk to people in and around Dhonal's keep. I did not notice much improvement with Alwan (the one who stayed with me), but then again, he has more staying power than my creations and when he dies, I am next. I only ever had to go back to get him after the first isle once. -------------------- -- KMannKoopa "You're so much like me, I'm sorry" Posts: 33 | Registered: Tuesday, December 18 2001 08:00 |

After the room with like 10 Pylons, there is that room with the four pylons, where Omen Eye comes out to greet you. In the upper right corner of that room there is a pathway to a control panel. This control panel will turn on those four Pylons. Use this to help you kill him. Be warned though, that on Torment, with Alwan, 2 Level 25 Battle Alphas, and a Searing Artilla, it still took multiple trys as the pylons did not do much damage to him. In this game, it seems like I hit Gull Island and the difficulty level skyrocketed. Pylons really kick my butt, and I can only make it past one with some difficulty. Between Omen Eye's Hypnotizing me followed by attacks on my charmed character by the pylons. It was a hard battle. Aren't shapers supposed to be immune to Terror? Alwan likes to call himself that, but when it comes down to it he is the first in my party to get hit by mind-affecting spells (even with more points in intellegence than he by all rights needs). -------------------- -- KMannKoopa "You're so much like me, I'm sorry" Posts: 33 | Registered: Tuesday, December 18 2001 08:00 |

I have no problems with any of my Spiderweb games, this is more of a luxury request. Is there a way to not have the second monitor darken when you play a game? I use a 12" Powerbook G4 that when I am at home I hook into an external monitor. I like to watch DVDs or whatever on my laptop monitor, but when I play a Spiderweb game, the other monitor, (which in this case happens to be the laptop monitor) goes black. Is there a workaround to solve this problem? If so, can you anyone in the know let me know? Thanks. Posts: 33 | Registered: Tuesday, December 18 2001 08:00 |

That's exactly it. The special encounter does it, I used the following: beginstate 11; //Teleport to Basement if (get_flag(0,6) == 1) move_to_new_town(1,13,17); break; The flag is because it is a trap door that has to be open. Hope this helps. -------------------- -- KMannKoopa "You're so much like me, I'm sorry" Posts: 33 | Registered: Tuesday, December 18 2001 08:00 |
