Gomlaka tells me to enter a "crack" by a farmhouse. I found a farmhouse on the way from the village and to the SW something that looks like a pit but is inoperative (you can't walk on it and it does nothing). Is this the "crack"? I have done mapping spells on all the boundary walls and nothing shows up. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks, Mako Posts: 23 | Registered: Tuesday, January 22 2002 08:00 |

You have to cross the bridge first. The crack is in the south wall. Headbang or magic map for it. I think it's about half an outdoor section away from the first wall. -------------------- Barcoorah: I even did it to a big dorset ram. I had seen this passageway before, but couldn't get in. And I still can't. Do I have to do something other than talk to Gomlaka to get in? Thanks, Mako Posts: 23 | Registered: Tuesday, January 22 2002 08:00 |

When I first saw this topic, I thought it was discussing the scenario's hallucinogenic origins. Ah well. -------------------- * Posts: 6936 | Registered: Tuesday, September 18 2001 07:00 |

quote:SPOILER! | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Mako, The Secret passage is the right one, but there's another secret passage inside that one. Just headbang around that secret passage until you find another one. Once you find the other passage, you need to repeat this process. Then you just walk along the real passage until the end of it, where you will find yourself inside a open space. Then..... I'm sorry I had to do this, but a few of my Beta-Testers (no names mentioned), were getting too cocky and arrogant for their own good, so I changed this so they didn't know how to get in. Consider it ample help to get through the maze part. - Archmagi Micael P.S. The scenario isn't that bad! That was a joke- but certainly, it has the feel as if you designed it on a head trip (for better or for worse). -------------------- * Posts: 6936 | Registered: Tuesday, September 18 2001 07:00 |

Archmage, If you are referring to the tunnels S of the Wall of Warriors, I been there the last couple of days, and have a serious headache. I see the green passageway at the far end, but having banged on every wall space in every passageway (I think--I did it systematically), I can't find the way out. Am I in the right place? OK, I am really confused. I have found two places that could be called "farmhouses." At the first, I was offered recipes. (Nothing N of that). The second is just past the supplies and doesn't do anything. And there's nothing N of that--I've headbanged and mapped. I really have no idea what to do next. Hello Archmagi, I'm in Wizard's Grove already, but I still can't figure out how to end the scenario. I've done everything like killing Rentar. I just can't enter the first castle with laser beams and lava again, after I left there. Does that have anything to do with the ending? Posts: 21 | Registered: Monday, December 2 2002 08:00 |

quote:If you're in Magical Grove, then you just need to enter the Portal. It's in the center of the Town. Once there, you will enter another cutscene, which I'm sure you'll enjoy. :D And the First Tower has nothing to do with the scenario once you've passed it. - Archmagi Micael [ Tuesday, June 14, 2005 06:04: Message edited by: The Archmagi ] -------------------- "You dare Trifle with Avernum?" ~ Erika the Archmage -------------------- My Scenarios: Undead Valley : A small Undead problem, what could possibly go wrong? -------------------- Richard Black - PROOF of his existance (the Infernal one's website). -------------------- MY FORUM! For some reason when ever I go through that cut scene, it just drags me back outside the Magical Grove. Is that a bug, or do I have to go somewhere else to finnish the scenario? -------------------- The martian squirrel invasion is comming... Posts: 15 | Registered: Tuesday, June 14 2005 07:00 |

First, I got out of the Magical Glove, thanks for the advice. I also enjoyed the staffs in the Hidden City. Now I'm trying for the second time, because I missed Travasia last time, then I have a problem. Rotar-Tel didn't give me the key, so I can't get into the celler. Now he's in the depth of his room, so I can't talk to him again. Mine is OSX Mac and I downloaded from Spiderweb. Posts: 21 | Registered: Monday, December 2 2002 08:00 |

Okay. Havoc and Frayalitz. I'll take a look at that when I have the time (this computer doesn't have BoA on it). Since you both downloaded off Spiderweb, I don't think I've emailed them the latest mini-fix or two, so I suggest trying the version off my site. Maybe that will fix it. Please tell me how it went taking it from my site. YOU CAN ACCESS MY SITE FROM MY SIG: (Not the Rate one, the other one. Rate it goes to my forum poll) I will look into it anyway, when I get on a computer with BoA, and have a bit of free time on my hands. Okay, I've downloaded it, but it might take a while before I can play it because... long story. LONG STORY (in case you were wondering): I had a problem with the editor, so my dad (who's good at computer programming) came to help but he was just as confused as me and ended up destroying the resource file so I have to hunt down the CD and re-install the thing. That can take a while because my little brother steals all my CD's and hides them around the house. -------------------- The martian squirrel invasion is comming...
