Question:
If there was a RPG you would like to live as your real life, what would it be?

It's a childish topic..but heck..we still have some sort of weird fantasies right?

I'll go with BoA..being a merc always amused me..

Payrolls & Paycheques.

Blades of Avernum

Before I leave this world, I'd like to create a modest house and a scenic back yard view. The only obstacle is creating a reasonably self-sufficient town to live in.

The only way I'd go in on that is after Imban-proofing my little corner of the world... though that's the only one I can really picture living in.

It's a BoA thing. Ever wondered why towns have crime levels? It's because Imban likes to see how people are put together. By taking them apart.

Imban isn't the only one. I've laid waste to Shayder several times.

Regardless of the guards being slaughtered, the Anama treasury is still inaccessible.

I'll second that. Geneforge (especially around time of G2) would make for a very interesting real life.

Add: Diablo, on the other hand... *shudder*

I'd just like to let you know that this is wrong on so, so, so many levels. And the Editor isn't an RPG.

I actually laughed out loud when I read that. For the third time. Takes a little time for such mind-boggling strangeness to sink in.

I can´t for the life of me imagine why you would want to do what you were talking about.

From what I've heard of the editor, this isn't so entirely wrongheaded. The main thing about wives, after all, is that they have minds of their own.

Despite loving the Geneforge series I'm going to have to pass. Just all the things that could go wrong with shaping scare me. I would have to say pokemon or digimon.

Perhaps in his mind scripting a mindless wife is an aspect of Utopia.

I have to pick Escape velocity override. For some reason flying a space ship, visiting alien worlds, and basically being a free spirit appeal to me.

My second choice is not purely an RPG I have to say MYST based on the fact their the books that lead to other realities. In the game you work for some who writes these books. I would try to learn how to write one of these books.

How could I forget Myst? Let's see, Myst was to empty, Riven was dangerous, Exile was dangerous, Revelations was fun, End of Ages was... meh, and Uru is awesome. It's either Myst IV: Revelations or Uru for me.

Myst? Who'd want to go to a Myst Age? Tell me, in all the Ages you've Linked to, have you ever seen a restaurant? Or a toilet?

The second goes for dungeoncrawls, too. Sorry, but I'm staying with Payrolls & Paycheques. Less stabbity deaths.

No, I haven't seen a restraunt or toilet. However, I've seen in a few kitchens here and there. What's more, I defy you to name ten RPGs that include toilets.
