Just as a note: In English, questions that are answered with yes/no are not usually formed by writing it like a statement with a question mark. The word order changes:

"Is my signature too long? Do I have to change it?"

It is a bit long, yes. It's even longer than mine...

I'd suggest using only one funny quote and removing the last part. Eeveryone knows your posts are "Written by MagmaDragoon"; that's what it says next to your post! :)

Do whatever you want. At least until people start to complain. It's your signature and it doesn't appear to be breaking any rules.

You know, if you wanted us to be able to vote, it would have been nice to actually give us time to do so instead of having the poll stop the minute you started the topic.

Having said that, your signature is kinda long. Shorten it.

For reference, Magma, your signature takes up 18 lines on my screen, which is more than half my typical browser window.

Aran, yours takes up 13 lines, more than a third the window.

Seriously guys, it's pretty dumb, it's just information clutter that makes it take longer and be more annoying to read the boards.

You can see that the whole poem is a lot more fatalistic (even blindly obedient towards a deity) than I usually appear myself. However, the two stanzas I quoted describe a dilemma I can identify with, in a certain sense. It seems like a rift between realism and fantasy.

—Alorael, who regularly toys with the idea of putting links in his signature. Since there's nothing constant about it, he'd just have to choose random words, which is an appealing concept. Using both of those spellings is odd, but both are accepted ways to spell the word. The British spell it with an 'A', while Americans spell it without that 'A'.

My signature is rather long and I've never seen any problem with it. It could somehow shorten it though by going horizontally instead of taking so much room down the page.
