The fastest way to become a moderator is to create your own forums. If you are lucky, you will become an admin.

Chances you'll get made a mod are low.
Look at all the current moderators post counts.
You need to have been here for a pretty long time to finaly get a chance to be one...
besides, making desprete topics like this won't get you any where! :P

It just won't happen, arghhhhhhhhh. And there are simple reasons why:

1) None of the current mods will be stepping down any time soon.
2) As has been said, you still act a little newbish...
3) Many, many other people are more likely to be chosen on the grounds of seniority, sanity, and bribery.
4) Nobody wants another mod election.

Capitalisation, spelling, grammar, and punctuation all help too.

And perhaps a handle that is clever and catchy, with out a long string of letters.

Something simple and straightforward, like *i. See, that is clever and catchy.
