Mr. 87, why would you like to get here? It's always cold in winters, and in summers, well, it's just a bit less cold. IMAGE(Spiderweb Software Boards If anyone cares…3_files/smile.gif)

Fact of the day : here is some of Jeff's poetry :
Sometimes I get all hungry/
And then I catch some flies/
They fly into my webs/
They are really yummy guys.

"Neat huh?"
Your ears hurt.
A nearby spider swoons.

Jeff's poetry gets better than that. Drop by Irony Central some time.

Fact of the day : 42 might or might not be the answer. However he is banned, have a nice day.

Note : Alorael, if I can speak about the toddler, you can guess I know about his poetry. Drakey, I thought about it but I prefer hear you say it.

Which graphic is that? Are you talking about the Anaximander graphic, or something else?

The townsperson graphic that's also used for the Assassin, I think.

It's funny, I always thought the Assassin should have the Monk graphic and the Monk should have the Apprentice Mage graphic in, perhaps, brown. Eh.

Fact of the day : Quoting chains should be avoided, at least in this topic, please.

Note : For yesterday's fact, I think it is the assassin graphic. I don't want to bump my "Preview feature" poll so Omlette, let's say I was curious.

Fact of the day : The expectation page in the BoA section has been removed. It is to be noted that someone also edited the part in the news section which linked to it.

Note : The record in the first page is not accurate since some time. The new record was set yesterday with 99 users, the next record will be 100 or more users and recorded here as a whole fact.

There are some really cool artificial languages around. Here's a site that lists many of them, incidentally. I wonder if someone should suggest Nohva to be put up there too.

You mean Tolkien's Elvish? Quenya?
Here: Quenya Course by Helge Fauskanger

It's what I'm reading at the moment in those rare moments of free time. It's a well-structured tutorial as far as I can see, and it also has a nice dictionary.

You might also want to try the main site of the man, the Ardalambion. It contains some interesting facts about Tolkien's language inventions. IMAGE(Spiderweb Software Boards If anyone cares…3_files/wink.gif)

Why speak Elvish when you can speak Elvis?! (my daily attempt to be witty. please have patience with me, I'm just a novice)

I would like to learn Latin. Is there anyone here who masters it?

I don't, but I'd sure like to. I'm going to learn it first chance I get (which would be after I finish school in a year, since there's too much other stuff right now). Yes, I'm attracted to petrified and artificial languages, they're cool even though most say they're useless. I intend to learn Esperanto some time too.
