erm...I was actually using a god party, since I'd already beaten this scenario and just wanted to see if I could do it without killing the she-devil. I've got well over 100 Hardiness :confused:

I've tried that several times. You are supposed to use "I have your doll", right? I never get any option after that besides "Enough talk about the doll, let's do it"

How do I finish the scenario without killing the she-devil? I have the doll, but I can't give it too her because my adventurers are stupid and just want to have sex with her :rolleyes: . (As a side note, I love how this scenario just assumes your character(s) are all either male or lesbian. I started with a female singleton and ended up just changed her name from Adrienne to Adrien and changing the graphic) Just putting it in the chest doesn't seem to work.

I hadn't even thought about ordering over the phone (maybe next time) but that's a good point about "Jeff's Time" He's in PST, right? I'm in EST and I hadn't even though of that.

When I minimize Avernum 4 to do something else, and then try to bring it up again, it freezes my computer. It's a bit annoying because I have to turn off programs like AOL instant messenger while I'm playing. Anyone know how to fix it?

Like some other people, I miss the blonde man and woman, but I like that new female graphic. I decided to buy the game afterall...I'm wondering if I'm not going to get the code until Monday (first business day) or if Jeff is working overtime since it's the first weekend :confused:

Yeah, that's what I meant. After playing a little longer and finding that it's not quite as bad as I thought (the party moves faster then in Geneforge and you don't have to have them all selected) I might still buy it, but it doesn't really feel like Avernum. (I don't mind Geneforge, I actually bought 1 & 2, but I was expecting Avernum)
