Simulicrum helps me a lot vs. efreeti. Sure it can't hurt the real one, but it can absorb fireball attacks forever. It's not that useful against Khoth unless it randomly appears right next to him, since as far as I know he never moves. I thought he was much to easy because of that. If I tried fighting hand-to-hand I was dead first attack he got in.

Does anyone have any specific data on elements of gameplay, such as how often Fast on Feet and Quick Strike at different levels gives you an extra ability point, or how often a point of Hardiness will reduce damage taken? What exactly does Divinely Touched do? How much better are you at picking locks with Nimble Fingers? How exactly does Toughness Work? Does the Elite Warrior bonus work with pole weapons or only with Mellee, and how much of a bonus is? Stuff like that...

Oh, and what does "Poison Damage" such as from the Cobra Charm and Alien Blade do? Is it any good?

I might try out that Repel Spirit idea. I always give all my characters as least one level of priest and mage spells to start out with. Now with slings the magery's a little less useful, but it still comes in handy enough to warrant the points it costs. I even went to far as to give my starting priest enough points to start with max free priest spells and spent the rest on mage ability, and vice versa for my mage. Intelligence I focused on later. This gives you great versatility and a truckload of mana to work with, especially when your priest knows Ice Lances.

I started the scenerio at about level 21 on normal difficulty, and had by far the most trouble with the Haakai. The shroomies and faeries are damn tough as well. And what DO you get for beating the faeries? I had to restart once for the giant bridge because I forgot to target the mages with my archer and warrior, but after I did that it wasn't too hard, and my warrior with a blessed sling, fast on feet, and quick strike made fast work of them.

Thanks, I figured it out shortly after I posted this...somehow I overlooked the lava pit. Anyway, there are still a few things I just can't figure out...like where the dragon is, or how to get that opal out of the box when all of those posts are surrounding it. I made it to the vahnatai tower near the river, I haven't explored it yet, but if it doesn't lead to the end of the scenerio, I'm lost. Can anyone give me any hints!?!? Also, are the troops in the empire opal fort supposed to respawn at the current rate (almost everyone respawns) whenever you leave. That place is a living hell, and I'm using a four person party at the recommended levels with excellent equipment. Anyway, advane thanks to anyone who can answer these questions.

I went through the demon tunnels on the way to getting Morog's treasure, got to the portal, saved, then killed the Efreet. However, I can't step over the rune and apparently the gate that I came through shut behind me. How do I get out?
