Like a single character PC, you have to use only one PC to play the scenario. But you should let NPCs join the party (if the creator of the scenario wants to) Example: The scenario only allows only one PC to play, later on a NPC joins the party. Weapon abilities/traits and Monster Status ideas in Blades of Avernum
Kamakaski BANNED Member # 42	written Wednesday, May 14 2003 19:48 Profile Homepage #0 I have some good weapon ability/trait ideas Pierce: Does extra damage to monsters that has the "Armored Status" Penetrate: Same as Pierce but it extremely does more extra damage Stabbing: Does extra damage when you hit the back of the monster Heavy: It decreases the chance of dodging the monster's attacks and increases the chance of missing when you equip the weapon with the Heavy trait Magic Blade: Does extra damage if you have at least 2 MP (Drains 2 MP when you attack a monster) I also have ideas for special statuses/traits of monsters Armored: All Melee and blunting weapons do less damage to monsters with the armored status. Weapons with pierce or penetrate trait will do extra damage Demon Shield: The monster with this status is invincible to all weapons unless it is a "Demon Slayer" Undead/Dark Force: All mage spells will do less damage but priest spells will do more damage to the monster.
