I'm sorry, Drakey, but I'd have to disagree with you in a HUGE way about AI. I went to watch that movie thinking, "Wow. A Movie on artifical intellegence. This shouls be good." But as the ending drew closer I realized that the movie was terrible. And how did it end? As I recall it didnt! Well if I'm not going to get a straight answer, RC, then I might as well take Lt. RC it is then! Any other important "nicknames" I should know about? (mine has become "Apolly", it seems, which sounds too much like a girl, because people are too lazy to type "on" at the end of it) -------------------- No monkeyin' around at Chance :p And that, my Leige, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped. -Sir Bedevere It is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt! Though you may be right, most of the time the book is the origional. I like to read, especally Michael Crichton, especally Timeline. But I'm sorry, every one of his books that were turned into movies (Timeline, Sphere, JP 1&2, Andromeda Strain, Congo) turned out to be as not as good as the book. Dont get me wrong, Jurassic Park and the Lost World were good movies, but they were just sooo much better as books! But Sphere and Timeline were shamed by the movies they were made into. -------------------- Join RC's new (and paid-for) forum, www.chanceforums.tk And that, my Leige, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped. -Sir Bedevere It is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt! Pizza and spinach? In the same sentence? Sounds really good! Rice is also good with something else: (kids, dont try this at home, unless you know what you're doing) 1. rice 2. seaweed 3. raw tuna Place seaweed on bamboo sushi roller. Place rice on seaweed. Place tuna on rice. Roll. Cut. Recommended: dip in soy sauce. Vuala! Sushi! (Now, kids, remember: raw meet can be very, very dangerous if not certified. Do not eat meat raw if kept longer than three days. Have fun now, kids!) ;) -------------------- No monkeyin' around at Chance :p And that, my Leige, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped. -Sir Bedevere It is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt! Oh there are plenty of ST fans where I live, but I was referring to the lack of outspeaking fans on the board. "Sandhills" is actually the smallest area or region of NC, along with the Piedmont, Coastal, and Mountain regions. Since Southern Pines, Pinehurst, and Aberdeen are unknown even to NC residences, we say we are from the Sandhills on trips such as YL or various youth group trips where an area name is important. Not that you really wanted to know all that anyway, right? -------------------- Join RC's new (and paid-for) forum, www.chanceforums.tk And that, my Leige, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped. -Sir Bedevere It is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt! Hey, I didnt say that I didnt like it! Its interesting to see what people around the country (or around the world) are listening to but 513 of them? How many songs do you think have been repeated more than ten times? And yes it may be easy to keep up with if you are reading them as they come. But not many people are going to say,"Oh! Look! A topic with 21 pages! I'm gonna read all of them!" And What's the name?, if you are tired of me, then dont read what I have to say! Drops of Jupiter, still the best song. If you dont mind sayin, how exactly did you (nobody in particular) get or come up with your publically displayed name? For those of you who didnt read my other thread, Apollyon is one of the destroyers of the underworld, one of satan's angels, if you will. He was primarily mentioned in Revelation as the one who sends to earth the whorde of demon-locust to torture unbelievers. (cheerful guy, hugh?) In Latin he is Apollyon and in Greek is Abbadon (or vice versa, I dont know). I just like the name... ;) -------------------- Join RC's new (and paid-for) forum, www.chanceforums.tk And that, my Leige, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped. -Sir Bedevere It is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt!
