Hmm. Same here, except that I feel the same way through elementary, and middle school as well. It took me until 9th grade until I had a class of people who didn't appear that way to me. My point being, one does not need to be in "the group" all the time in order to find contentment in the parts society they can identify with.

Just boot up any Spiderweb game. There's plenty of stabbing, shooting, and spraying acid to go around.

What's weired though is that I didn't even do THAT well on the PSAT (yet not badly either), yet collages still send me their stuff in bulk. Even Fordham University. Mostly online quizzes I'll probably never take.

Would the Pirates of the Caribbean theme music be more fitting?

Is it possible, for that matter, to create your own "door opening" and/or "door closing" sounds to incorporate into BOA scenarios?

GF1, 3, 4 and Avernum 3, BoA and Avernum 4.

Of the ones I do like, I think Nethergate is pretty close to the winner, followed closely by Avernum 1 and 2, and after that GF2. I like the stuff that's slightly depressing (Avernum 1 and 2), but what I really like is the marching troops sort of sound of Nethergate. It's basically the drums that does it.

Mind you, I always felt that the intro music for Avernum 2 does not match the intro picture.

picky picky picky. . .

Also, I would call the bagpipe tune DEATH TO EARDRUMS!!!!!

I know of "face" changes such as graphics and spell choice, as well as the way conversations worked that were made as Avernum was remade from Exile, but what were some deeper differences between the series (quests, specific battles, locations, etc.)

okay. . . have any of you ever considered creating a personal challenge for yourself (such as beginner equipment only, beginning stats only, etc.), cranking the difficulty up to torment, and recording your own experiences and provide tips on how a player may overcome these difficulties? ;)

Hello. I am new to the forums. I would like to ask your opinion as to what is the hardest Spiderweb game you have ever played (difficulty notwithstanding)?
