I have placed an order for G2 & G4. The form said one buisness day, but I placed my order at about 8:30 on Wednesday, 7:30 Seattle time. Does anyone have an estimate for when the email should come in? -------------------- You Shall Die Laughing: http://www.worfthecat.ermarian.net/converted The Roost: www.roost01.proboards104.com. I really don't know. I would guess that it depends on how busy they are though, because I recieved my e-mail within an hour and a half after I placed my order Posts: 2 | Registered: Saturday, May 20 2006 07:00 |

I asked a question regarding pricing, got my answer, placed my order, paid through Paypal, and was playing A Small Rebellion all within one hour. Probably related to the time of day (late evening in Europe, noon on the west coast) and how much other stuff is going on, but it was plenty quick for me. -------------------- Encyclopaedia • Archives • Members • RSS [Topic / Forum] • Blog • Polaris • NaNoWriMo Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair. Dikiyoba has had to wait a day or two before. It's not really a problem yet (though it is frustrating). Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

"Spiderweb Software" consists of 3 people: husband, wife, and a family friend. While they usually respond within a day, it can take much longer if they have a backlog because they just returned from vocation, or are sick, or have some other family emergency. So don't worry if it takes them a few days to respond. If you don't hear from them by middle of next week, try again. quote:Beats me, I don't order anything by computer. I don't trust the internet, no matter how secure anyone says it is. Every time I buy a game, I get it on CD, and send the order via regular mail. I agree with The Mystic in that I buy by mail. Jeff is busy upgrading most of his older games so they will run on Intel based Macintosh computers. Between that and the Windows version of Geneforge 4, the Mac version of Nethergate V2.0, and thinking about Avernum 5 he probably doesn't check his orders that often. Also he has two small girls that haven't been upgraded to employees. [ Friday, January 05, 2007 19:36: Message edited by: Randomizer ] Posts: 4643 | Registered: Friday, February 10 2006 08:00 |

I see nothing wrong with this conversation. Jeff openly discusses his family on the Spiderweb Software website. So far nothing out of bounds has been said here. -------------------- Your flower power is no match for my glower power! Posts: 3726 | Registered: Tuesday, September 18 2001 07:00 |
