I tried putting the command turn_on_debug_mode and the game kept giving me an unknown command message. So I checked the bugs page and found out why it was doing that. I clicked the link it gave me for the debug software, but it just sent me back to Scenario Workshop. Could someone either tell me what the software's called or give me the link? Thanks. -------------------- Do not provoke the turtles. They do not like being provoked. -Lenar My website: Nemesis' Refuge Posts: 743 | Registered: Friday, September 29 2006 07:00 |

I can't find it at all. Odd. I know that if you update to the latest version of BoA for Windows, the call works. I don't know about Mac though... -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

Ugh… me and my ancient mac. I feel like I'm trying to program a rock to do calculus. -------------------- Do not provoke the turtles. They do not like being provoked. -Lenar My website: Nemesis' Refuge Posts: 743 | Registered: Friday, September 29 2006 07:00 |

If worst comes to worst, you can always use a god party while you test out your scenario. Between a god party and the character editor, it looks like you should be able to do almost everything that the debug mode would allow you to do. Dikiyoba. As Dikiyoba said, use a god party. But I'd add that you can mimic most of debug mode's features using custom items or abilities, with the exception of walking through walls. Probably most useful would be to make an item that would change flags. Use numeric input to do this fairly easily. The same goes for adding special items. If you want you could also add a "kill all" and "restore party" custom item, though they wouldn't be necessary if you're using a god party. Unfortunately I can't offer you any actual code, since debug mode works for me, but the things I just mentioned wouldn't be difficult to implement. -------------------- Guaranteed to blow your mind. Actually, you miss out on the best features of debug mode. Walking through walls, for example, or bring able to kill everything at the press of a couple buttons. That said, I don't abuse these features at all. ;) -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. I'd be willing to email you my copy of BoA, which I'm pretty sure is debug-enabled. PM me your address. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

I just thought you might have preferred to keep your address private. Bit late now, I suppose. :P -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |
