Frayalitz Apprentice Member # 2312	written Sunday, December 8 2002 15:59 Profile #0 Hello, In the new products, I'd like it to include the long-waited dream - Vahnatai as a player race. Since we've had friendship with Bon-Ihrno, and Bohen-Ihrno upon finding Defiled Crypt, there should still be a lasting bit of friendship between humans and Vahnatais even after Ex3 and Av3. So it should be possible for the remaining of their students to join in human parties. Remember that Sliths and Nephilims were just hostile, so we could choose only humans in Ex1 and Av1. They joined with humans since Ex2, and this time, Vahnatais. The Vahnatai character may work with humans as a remaining student of Bon-Ihrno, and s/he may seek to weive the shame of his/her master as a traitor among the race. So s/he seeks to prove in front of Rentar-Ihrno that the decisions of Bon-Ihrno was right for the race. Perhaps Renter may agree with him/her for that point in the end. Some of the suggested ajustment for Vahnatais are +1 DEX and INT as well as Magical Apptitude. His/her favorite weapons are wave blades and razordisks. S/he may gain Vahnatai titles such as -te, -bok, and even -Ihrno upon reaching for sufficient character and mage levels and completing certain numbers of quests. It would require a large add on to the engine, and would require hours of balancing it out.
