Do you think that Jeff has played any of the BoA scenarios that have been released after the official Spiderweb contest? -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! He once claimed to play every BoE scenario he received to ensure it wasn't utter crap and its content wasn't inappropriate for the SW tables. He certainly doesn't have that policy now, as evidenced by what TM got away with putting in some of his G and PG-rated scenarios. Whether he still plays BoX scenarios at all, I couldn't say. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

Probably not. After a while in BoE, he said that he just looked through the scenario with some sort of super-editor that allowed him to see the whole scenario all at once (or something like that), so he probably just skims through the scripts and the stuff in the editor and leaves it at that. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. quote:Don't you mean omniscient? If he were omnipresent, he'd just have a lot of cameos, most likely Generic Dungeon-style. I really don't care if he plays them, I just wish he'd show the game itself a bit of love... quote:Err… yeah. That's what I meant. :P quote:How do you mean? Like make more scenarios for it, or iron out some of the bugs? Personally I think both would be cool. Top priority in my mind is bugs. I doubt he'll want to try and make new scenarios, given that he's intent on continuing Avernum and Geneforge. But yeah... bug fixes would be wonderful. -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. I really, really, really, really hate undead. With a passion. As Ephesos said, I don't think we really want another Bandit Busywork. Bug fixes are the top thing. Adding new calls would be the next thing, if he felt generous, but making the program work as it is intended is the most important aspect of providing support to the community. EDIT: Note that this post occurred well before this one.
