Will day and night occur automatically in scenarios created in the scenario editor? Posts: 190 | Registered: Wednesday, July 3 2002 07:00 |

I don't know, but I hope we'll be able to set the number of turns per day in our scenarios. -------------------- PhoenixNinjas! Ninja-Moderation! What we need is Urban Wisdom! Vote Wise Man! Posts: 1277 | Registered: Monday, June 24 2002 07:00 |

Considering it happens in A3 I'd think there will be day and night. The number of moves to set when day and night happen would be a nice thing to set. The real thing that must be editable is the names of the the days and various holidays. At least we don't have to worry too much about BOA being plagued with massive screwups like in BOE. Actually, we probably do have to. Jeff said 2/3 of the testers will test the scenarios, and only 1/3 will test the editro. He might have changed his mind, though. I miss a lot of things that everyone else seems to know. Yes, it's already been said we'll be able to set holidays. As for speeding up the rotation of the planet, that seems unlikely. I'm sure we'll have better testers, though. Istara will test the scenarios, *i and I will test the editor, and other people will be spread throughout. -------------------- "At times discretion should be thrown aside, and with the foolish we should play the fool." - Menander ==== Drakefyre's Demesne - Happy Happy Joy Joy Encyclopedia Ermariana - Trapped in the Closet ==== You can take my Mac when you pry my cold, dead fingers off the mouse! That's not real horn-tooting. Make sure you don't take too much time away from RiB by beta testing. Wouldn't want BoA to come out before Rhapsody. -------------------- Polaris Posts: 1614 | Registered: Wednesday, January 23 2002 08:00 |

In A3, in Upper Avernum, the light never changes, but outside it does. You would think there will be some kind of setting for changing the light. Even if it is that you can only choose cave/outdoor. -------------------- Take the Personality Test! Deep down, you wish you were a stick figure.
